We just returned from a one week trip. We had a fantastic time. We sat on the balcony every evening to watch the sunset and spent time at the pool during the day. The beds were comfortable. And the kitchen had everything we needed. It was nice that they provided beach chairs and umbrellas even though we did not utilize those.

Everything was great! The location, the cleanliness, the comfort of the bed, the pool, the beautiful beach, everything.It is close to a main road that is occasionally noisy, but not over the top. There is also a bar and grill down the road that has live music outdoors from 6 pm to 10 pm, so you can hear that somewhat. But those are the only drawbacks that I can think of. Everything looks just like the pictures and I will definitely be returning.

Wonderful condo! From the easy check-in, to the clean decor and beachfront access; this condo is fantastic! Beautiful location on the beach, not crowded, refreshing pool, very comfortable condo, and lovely views from the balcony. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was beautifully decorated, had everything we needed, and the beds were super comfortable. Our favorite part was the balcony that looks right on the beach. The sunsets were gorgeous. The stretch of beach near the condo was never busy during our late July stay.

We had an amazing stay at IRB. The condo was well stocked and very clean. We enjoyed the sunsets and dolphin views from the balcony and beach. We will be back! Thank you!

Condo faces the Gulf and only steps away to the pool and beach. Sunsets were amazing, soft sand for strolls and shell collecting. Restaurants, CVS, bakery and even ice cream are all in walking distance. Golf Cart rental services will even deliver to Condo. Unit provided beach chairs, umbrella and towels. All we needed was sunscreen and flip flops to head out the door.

What a wonderful week! The property was amazing! Clean! Stocked with the necessities! Comfortable beds! The VIEW was phenomenal! Great location to restaurants and bars. There were two couples. We had plenty of room and had LOTS of fun! Thank you!!

Everything was good until we had to evacuate from Hurricane Helene. We had to leave too early. But it was a very nice condo.

We traveled with a 2 and 6 year old, and it was convenient to the airport and stores/restaurants. You almost don’t need to get in the car again, once you’re settled in.

Having storage for beach chairs and toys downstairs made it easy to get to the beach and helped keep all the extra sand out of the unit. Several restaurants are within walking distance. We enjoyed our week and would stay here again!
