Top-Floor 1-Bedroom Condo in Downtown Traverse City – Walk to Beaches & Dining

Cute condo downtown. Very clean - and we are super fussy - and tastefully decorated. Owner was quick to respond to questions we had which was appreciated. We really liked the ability to easily walk downtown where there are a number of good restaurants.

Everything was perfect! Assigned parking space nearby was a plus along with the condo being within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

The condo rental was neat, clean, and has all the comforts of home in walking distance of all the Traverse City has to offer. Will definitely go back :)

Loved our stay here, everything was in walking distance. The condo was very clean and super comfortable, we would highly recommend! The only downside was there is some loud construction going on next door, but didn't interfere with our stay too much.

The perfect place in the perfect location! Walkable to most everything downtown. We will definitely be back! The “only” thing I’d suggest is more light in the bathroom- the light fixture in there was a tad dim. But absolutely perfect place for a weekend vacation!

Carrie’s property was wonderful for our holiday vacation with our 1-year old daughter. We appreciated all of the baby items that the condo had available! Location is also superb!

This property is located in a great location close to great restaurants and downtown. We had a great experience. It was quiet and very comfortable. We will stay here again.

Super cute, clean, cozy place. Having kid items ready was super helpful! Check in was easy and Carrie was responsive. Everything was fully stocked. Really great!

Great location and place

We were looking for a nice little get away for the weekend. This place has the perfect location and was so inviting when we walked in. We loved it!

My husband and I decided last minute to book a weekend getaway and stayed at this condo. It was a great value and great location. We walked most places downtown, even though it was a frigid January weekend. The condo was incredibly clean and stocked with everything we needed. We really appreciated the welcome chocolates. They were delicious! Only negatives, and it’s no fault of the property owner/manager is that parking is a little tricky and we screwed up the first day and used the wrong entrance to the closest garage so it was expensive. Also, this is a shared building with close neighbors. Neighbors that by the smell, really enjoyed cannabis. The smell was pretty strong, especially downstairs in the entry. So if you’re sensitive to the smell of weed smoke, this might not be the place for you. Communication with the property management folks was efficient and friendly. We’d stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to book another Roost property in the future if we wanted more space or a different location.

We had a wonderful stay! The host’s communication was excellent, providing all the details we needed ahead of check-in and even sharing some fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and activities, which made our trip even better. The place was spotless, welcoming, and spacious, making it easy to feel at home. Although there was no on-site parking, we didn’t have any trouble finding spots nearby. The location was ideal—very walkable to plenty of spots we wanted to explore. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in the area!

Perfect place for a quick weekend trip with my husband. We were able to walk to most everything and easily found street parking nearby.

Condo is very well kept and very nicely decorated. Location is convenient with easy walk to downtown TC restaurants / bars.

We thoroughly enjoyed the proximity to restaurants and bars and the Farmers market was amazing. We loved driving up the Leelanau Peninsula to the state park and the wineries on Mission peninsula were wonderful. Loved it! Clean with great attention to details like clearly labeled items and lots of extra amenities like coffee/filters, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper and beach towels. Also, a nice selection of games that were really fun. Good location - about a 10 minute walk to downtown/Front Street and even closer to several nice bars/restaurants (like the Parlor, which had amazing cocktails and live music). We also drove up to Mission Point Lighthouse, which took only about a half hour (hanging out at the beach there and visiting several wineries on the way back). Apartment view was not great, as it was another building's walls on both sides, but lots of windows for good light. Parking a bit of a pain and expensive ($20/day), but Carrie was clear on how to unload the vehicle so luggage didn't have to be carried too far. We were very happy with our three night stay here and would recommend it!

This is our second stay at this condo. The location is excellent, and the condo has everything you need for a great stay in Traverse.

This condo in Old Town was adorable and within walking distance to several bars, restaurants, and shops. The check-in and check-out process was also very simple and I appreciated the communication from the host. One thing that was confusing at first was the parking situation. I feel a map showing us where to park would have been helpful in the communication or the listing.
