Great modern studio in top Dupont / U Street location. Walk to countless restaurants, nightlife. Lots of light. Tall ceilings. Bamboo floors. Fully furnished. Tall ceilings. Great light. Second floor apartment, on the quiet back side of the building. Laundry in building. Location is fantastic.

YouTube TV with 85 channels (including local channels and HBO) is included. Smart TV with built in apps for Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc provided for use with your own accounts.

This is a Capitol Hill Stay property. Capitol Hill Stay is a veteran-owned small business with 18 properties on Capitol Hill and this one in Dupont. We have been providing furnished lodging on Capitol Hill since 1996. We use excellent cleaners and pay them a living wage (they are best in DC if you ask me). You can even swap out between our apartments to make dates work or see different areas.

This neighborhood is urban living at it's best. Highly sought after restaurants, clubs, etc. Great metro and Uber access. Gorgeous historic area.

Uber/Lyft just minutes away. Very close to tons of restaurants, bars, shopping, coffee shops, etc. Walk to Dupont and U Street metro.

Great spot to explore DC from. Ideal for longer term stays as well.

Inquire about parking PRIOR to booking please. There is very little need to bring a vehicle, as there is great metro and bikeshare access, and rideshares are inexpensive and readily available. Most places you want to go to in DC won't have parking when you get there. 24/7 street parking near this property is possible with a street parking pass, which can be obtained from the DC DMV with a copy of a lease and vehicle information. It costs around $250 for a six month pass. Free street parking with no pass needed is free and open to all every night, all weekend, and two hours each weekday. Additionally there may be local garages or apps that may have offstreet parking available at varying rates.

A word about rates:

Since every booking is different the rates listed are an approximation. Rates are based on length of stay, specific dates needed, amenities requested, etc. Bookings less than 91 days are subject to the DC lodging tax of 15.95%. SINCE EVERY INQUIRY IS DIFFERENT AND THE BIGGEST FACTOR IN PRICE IS THE SPECIFIC DATES CHOSEN AND LENGTH OF STAY RATES MAY BE HIGHER OR LOWER THAN WHAT IS POSTED. PLEASE INQUIRE SO WE CAN DISCUSS PRIOR TO SENDING A BOOKING REQUEST.

Fall and winter months are very high demand, moreso this year than ever before as this is the first year that many federal agencies and private employers are bringing people back to DC, and they are making up for lost productivity during Covid.

And of course it's a presidential election year..

Most furnished housing providers in DC will only take bookings for three months or longer during these months. We will do less, but the rates do go up. And generally we try to match an incoming booking with an apartment that is available within a week or so of the requested date. For instance if you are seeking a month rental beginning July 1 we would want to match your request with a property available in very late June or July 1. If the property you inquired about seems to have an availability date that may not match up then you can always check HERE see all properties and their available dates.

Our average booking is around four to six months. We are primarily a longer term lodging provider. We can do shorter, but in the furnished housing business rates go up for shorter stays.

    Tiny, but comfy. Think of this as a hotel room with a full kitchen. There are plenty of decent cable channels, AC, a fan for additional cooling in this wicked heat, and a super comfortable bed. The building itself is safe and clean, and the location is close to many eateries/banks/markets, etc. My only complaint is with the shower head, it could’ve had better pressure, but that’s a minor thing. Would stay again if I were to be in the area for a few nights.

    My wife and I rented this studio while visiting our son and daughter-in-law. Very clean and well maintained apartment. Excellent location close to metro, restaurants and bars, groceries at Trader Joe's, and to almost anything else you might need. Bed was comfortable, plenty of towels, and items to cook and eat in when you do not wish to go out. Owner kept in touch to make sure everything was ok. I would recommend this highly, and would definitely rent again if available during our trips to D.C.

    My wife and I have been to DC four times and we try a new location every time. This time we did great. This condo is great with everything you need. It's not huge but plenty for two people for a couple days or week or so. SUPER location. We lost count of all the great restaurants within minutes (try Matchbox) and best part is it's owned by a VERY responsive guy. Bonus is he's a veteran and I love supporting fellow veterans. Bed was very comfortable and WIFI was very fast.

    This is maybe the most exciting area in DC. Countless great restaurants and nightlife. Literally countless. No need for a car here since you can walk to probably 100 restaurants and shops and such. This apartment is small but it's very bright, has high ceilings and good light. Very clean. Well stocked. Wifi was really fast. Was a little confusing getting the key from the lockbox but that could be because I'd been on a twelve hour flight back to the US and it was 11 pm. Owner was very responsive and had good tips on restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

    The apartment was clean and had everything you would need for a stay. The street was quiet yet just one block away were loads of great restaurants and pubs. The neighborhood was also very safe and walkable. Brian was very responsive and helpful. He communicated clearly and often. I would recommend this apartment.
