⭐️Too Nice to Rent ~ Luxury end unit on beach with monster ocean & city views ☀️

This is a Beautiful Condo located in a Beautiful Condo Community! Everything was Modern, Clean and Comfortable! The Beach here is also clean and Beautiful! We also enjoyed the environmental quality with beautiful landscaping and plenty of wildlife in the area.

This is a beautifully decorated unit! Gorgeous view from inside and on the large balcony. There is a lagoon(??) on beachside which makes about 1/4 walk to actually sit on the beach. But host provides a wagon, chairs, umbrellas and cooler and pool noodles - we had everything we needed to enjoy the beach once there. Unit is on the end, so no one walking past your doors and windows. Very quiet. Great location. Covered parking. If we had a hiccup or question, host was super responsive. Good recommendations for dining. We will probably go back!

The condo was beautiful as listed with amazing beach views. We had a wonderful week spending time at the pool and beach. The condo had everything we needed and more to make our week stress free. The beach was beautiful but it was about a 10 min walk to the waters edge so be prepared for the walk. The walk is definitely worth it as the beach is beautiful and the water was crystal clear. We were even greeted one day by some dolphins playing. Over all we would definitely stay again.

Comfortable accommodations

This was absolutely the best VRBO rental we have experienced. Brian, the owner, thought of everything and was very responsive when we needed him. My only fault is with the VRBO app, not the owners or the rental. The apartment is freshly decorated and beautiful. It was better than a Four Season hotel: no hype. The surfaces are sleek and tony; the beds and furniture comfortable. They provided every kitchen option possible as well as beach equipment. We enjoyed fresh towels and plenty of them. Thank you for a perfect week! I would give this six out of five stars.

Excellent location! Excellent views of the Gulf and for us… the Pickleball courts. We took advantage of walking on the white sand beaches! The unit had all the amenities and was clean and beautiful! We enjoyed many fun places - Snook, Deep Lagoon at the Esplanade with live music at both locations. The Fin Bistro had excellent food.

EVERY sliding door and window had beautiful view of the gulf or of Marco Island. Bonus balcony provided a perfect spot to watch the sunrise. Owner was awesome! Wagon, chairs, umbrella and beach towels provided by the owner allowed us to enjoy the beach everyday. Each bedroom/bathroom closed off to provide an en suite experience. Two couples could easily stay here and have privacy. The condo was exceptionally clean and decorated beautifully. Definitely a five star experience!

Everything was great! The view from our wraparound balcony was amazing and the interior of the condo was beautiful. We loved the walks on the beach. The other residents were friendly and helpful. We had a fabulous time!

Host was very responsive. Condo was well appointed, clean and exceeded our expectations.

The view was amazing

This was a beautiful condo in a beautiful complex on Marco Island. I would highly suggest it for anyone that likes quiet time at the beach. The sunsets were magnificent every night.

My wife and I had an incredible stay. The condo was spectacular and exactly as advertised. High-end details throughout, well appointed kitchen with every item needed, comfortable beds, incredible ocean views both inside and on the balconies and wonderful communication with the owner. Condo was great! Host went above and beyond to communicate and make sure we had everything to start our trip successfully. I would most definitely stay here again.

The property is well manicured, the staff are friendly, and the views are spectacular. This condo is perfect for 2 couples or family of 4. The owners have everything you need for the perfect beach day. We have always stayed in Fort Myers so this was a real treat to see how well the area survived the hurricane.There is a little construction happening on the grounds but noting to be concerned about. Our host was very easy to contact when we had a small issue. You can tell they put alot of thoughg into the interior design. It feels like you bring the ocean insude the unit with you each night.I cannot recommend this unit enough, enjoy!!

We did not realize there would be ongoing construction. Jack hammer and grinders all day long. Probably would not have stayed under these circumstances. Very loud to the point we could not stay inside during the day. Some of the bedding ( pillows and spread with stains) was dirty. The condo was very nice and modern.

Clean and comparable to the listing are important to me! This is it if you are looking for a beach vacation! We spent most days at the pool and did beach walks to watch the sunset. The communication with the owner is the best I’ve ever had a as vrbo user! You won’t be disappointed!

I would highly recommend staying at this condo. It was so incredibly beautiful and well appointed. We loved the views on all decks. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable and quiet. The pool is also lovely. The owner if contacted is also very responsive. We also enjoyed daily walks around the property and to the beach. It was a great experience all around.

My husband and I had a wonderful short stay in this beautiful condo. The condo itself is stunning and immaculate! It is convenient to everything, has a wonderful view, is comfortable and well stocked, and has all the amenities you could want. Communication with the owner was easy and check-in/out were a breeze. I highly recommend for your next vacation!

We usually go to Aruba but after staying in Marco I’m definitely rethinking our yearly stay! This property checks all boxes.

We could have not been any happier with this property. By far the best rental we have stayed at. The condo was excellent and had everything we needed. We celebrated my husband’s 65th Birthday and this rental did not disappoint. We will be renting again for sure.

Beautiful condo! There was only two of us but would have been comfortable for 4! The only downside which has nothing to do with the condo itself, the complex has one EV charger that you can borrow for 10.00 and you need that exact attachment. There is a Walmart about 15 min away that has chargers. Expensive but they have them.I would absolutely recommend this condo. Easy check in , very clean and everything and more.

Our friends who stayed in a different unit were jealous of this place as it topped theirs by far. We are an outside unit so we have access to both sunrises and sunsets (however the view to a complete sunset is obscured by the front part of the building). None the less, it's a great view of the ocean and beach. Everything in the unit is top shelf. It's a beautiful place.

Great recently remodeled condo with great view and balconies!! Weather was decent but not warm enough for us to venture to the pool. Lots of storage for our items. I am short with some kitchen cabinets and appliances like the microwave hard to reach. Closet racks really up there for hanging clothes. LOTS of remotes for everything with my techie hubby having trouble navigating the television especially in the bedroom.

Great place to stay with friends with separate bedroom and bathroom.

This is an excellent property in one of the best locations on Marco Island. The condo exceeds expectations.

Nicest condo i ever stayed

Great Marco Island Condo, beautiful views. Condo is nicely updated and well outfitted. Great pool on complex and access to Tigertail Beach. Our first time on Island and diverted here from further north due to Milton. Did not disappoint

We are supposed to stay in Naples, but the place got flooded from the hurricane. We were able to book this place last minute. Great location, great Beach. They literally had everything you could ever want I especially appreciated all the beach paraphernalia that was offered.

We loved the updated condo! However we did have some snags along the way. The power blinds worked about twice so we had to leave them permanently closed due to it being turtle season and the blinds had to be closed by 9:00 each night. We were afraid to get them open again for fear we couldn’t get them closed. That hindered our view from inside the room. The counter ice machine wasn’t working so we resorted to buying bagged ice. They did have ice trays that we used until we could get more ice. The small patio door would not unlock to allow access to that part of the balcony. The property manager did say he’d have someone fix it on Monday (we got there Saturday) but we really preferred not to have someone in our unit in case we weren’t there and declined the offer. The last night was the worst. Upon returning to the unit after dinner we found it extremely warm. The thermostat was set at 72° but it was 78 and kept climbing. We texted the property manager and he told us some things to try. Some we had tried before contacting him and some we tried after. Nothing worked. We turned on the ceiling fans and went to bed. Around 12:45ish am we were awakened by a message blaring for us to leave the building and not to use the elevators. We promptly left going down 17 floors. and also had to return 17 flights when they let us go back. They said the sprinkler system flooded into the elevators.. When we left for home the next day the unit was 84° Hope it gets fixed before others check in.

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. Property was as advertised and we’ll be back!
