Stayed Jul 17, 2021Tim was incredibly accommodating and responsive, especially to last minute needs! The Murphy bed is very comfortable; the view and location can not be beat! It's very spacious for a studio. This is where you want to be in this area! Kitchen cabinets and couch definitely need some upgrading; fridge and stove are great. The place wasn't particularly clean, and I went over everything myself with wipes and swiffer. I also booked last minute so perhaps there was no time to get a cleaner in.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Location very nice. Access to beach excellent. Elevator service no problem. Murphy bed fine. Unit was not clean. I went over kitchen, sitting areas, bathroom with Clorox wipes. In many areas they were black after I wiped. Kitchen didn’t feel clean enough to use for any extensive cooking. Had only two bath towels and I had to search to find the second. Counter tops and cabinets in kitchen need replacing. Price was reasonable so I guess you get what you pay for.

Stayed Apr 8, 2021This was a great place to stay. First time in a Studio and it worked out great. Love having a washer and dryer in unit. Owner was very responsive when we had a question. Would stay here again.

Stayed Mar 7, 2020Excellent location, only feet from the beach. Great security for parking, lobby, elevators and unit access. While there are a few restaurants nearby, there are some nice restaurants and grocery stores with in a short drive.. The pool is very nice, however, they do not allow food or drinks... we had a very enjoyable visit. Thanks!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969If you like a breathtaking view of the sunset every night and crashing waves 24/7, this is the place for you!!! This high rise is closer to the water that most so you actually hear crashing waves 24/7. Also, I have been renting in Florida for 7 years and Tim has been the most accommodating owner I have ever worked with. He would actually e-mail me to make sure everything was OK and I appreciated that!! I would have actually rated this property a 5+ if I could have!!!
