Description: Located in the resort of Echota, this top floor Timbers floor plan condo(stair access only) features two level living. These spacious condos are great for two families or families with children, each with their own space to enjoy. The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen, inviting living room with gas logfireplace, primary bedroom, bathroom and ½ bath, as well as laundry facilities. Access to the covered deck is provided from the living room or the primary bedroom as well as the wooded mountain views. The primary bedroom is spacious with the primary bathroom attached. Located upstairs is a loft area with extra sleeping space, guest bedroom and bathroom, as well as a bonus office room. This condo is upstairs with stair access only (7 stairs total).
