All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.
If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.
The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
An accurate guest count must be provided
No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction
Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am
No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000
Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle.
The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it.
This building has a $35/night valet parking fee. If your stay is 27 nights or more, the fee is waived.
There will be no discounts or compensation if any changes in the amenities of the building, closures of pools etc occurs.
We kindly request your assistance in providing your email address and phone number for the purpose of enabling mobile key access and completing building registration. Lack of a complete building registration 72 hours before the check-in date or refusing the use of the app will result in denied access to the condominium as per their policies.
Mail:
Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.
Cleanliness:
This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.
We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.
If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.
Late Checkout:
Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we'll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.
If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.
Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings with no past reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.
If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.
Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.
Internet/Cable:
The company is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.
The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.
Copyright Infringement:
Absolutely no illegal downloads. We will charge $50 if discovered.
Pool:
If the property has a private pool, please understand that we service all of our pools weekly. Due to our tropical surroundings and lush vegetation, it is not unexpected that debris will all into the pool. Though it may give the appearance otherwise, the pool is still clean.
Our technicians maintain the pools with the correct balance of chemicals on a weekly basis. We are unable to send them out to properties to sweep up daily debris. Pool skimmers are available at each property for guests' convenience.
If your private pool is exceptionally dirty or you find items other than vegetation in it, please contact us and we will remediate the situation.
If you are in a property with a shared pool, such as a condominium, please be advised that most condominium communities have their own pool cleaning schedules that we have no influence over. If you experience a problem other than normal daily debris, please let us know and we will make inquiries on your behalf.
Privacy:
This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are using during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.
This property is also equipped with NoiseAware. Simply put, NoiseAware is like a smoke detector for noise. Sensors track the decibel levels at your property and evaluate other risk factors. If we find noise level exceeds a certain threshold, you will receive a text message or email requesting that you reduce the noise level.
Starter Supplies
We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items.

Great amenities
I stayed here for two weeks on a work trip. This was exactly what I needed to make the work trip feel like I was at home. Staff was helpful, everything was super clean, the lobby even smelled nice. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Ft Lauderdale. Close to everything. I'll stay here again if I'm ever in town. Thanks!
We enjoyed very much our stay. Location is great and condo was clean and comfortable. The only thing that could be improved is the TV cable network. Overall it was a very nice place and we already booked it for 5 weeks next year.
The one bedroom is besutiful inside with large rooms. The washer and dryer are a great unit feature for extended stays. Be sure to try the gym and saunas in the building which seem very new. There some surprisingly clear ocean vistas framing the ocean front W building. Thanks again for a great stay.
Absolutely loved the place, if I had any issues always got a response back quickly. Will 100% becoming back. You get the best of both worlds, Hotel feel and amenities but also the comfort of living in an apartment.
I love this area, the building, and it’s units. The view is stunning, there isn’t an animal odor as referenced in a prior travelers review, but the pictures do not totally reflect the unit. The patio furniture is not there, instead there is just one weird chair, so if more than one person wants to sit on the balcony, you have to bring a dining room chair outside. There is so much junk stuffed into the living room closet, it’s unusable, so if you have an extended stay, you need to keep that in mind. There is not a carpet under the dining table, the art in the bathroom isn’t there, it’s just a nail where you really should be hanging towels vs. over the toilet where they touch the toilet. Lastly, the management team was extremely responsive throughout, definitely professionally managed. However, when I mentioned the main bathroom light was out several times, that was ignored. I would definitely stay again.
But overall it was a very nice stud and I will go back
