The Space:

One of four condominiums in a classic red brick building, Savannah Moss pairs elegant contemporary style, exposed brick, clean lines, and splashes of color to create an incredibly inviting space.

Enter the loft and immediately arrive in the gorgeous, professionally designed living/dining room. In the first bedroom, situated beside the decorative original fireplace is a desk and comfortable bench overlooking a new queen bed with crisp linens. A large closet provides ample storage for your stay, and a smart TV is ready to stream your favorite shows as you relax in bed.

Off the living/dining area is an efficiency kitchen that features custom cabinets, butcherblock countertops, beautiful brick accents, and open shelving for easy access to the essentials like dishware and utensils. Find an induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and small appliances. Pots, pans, and additional utensils are found in the cabinets, providing everything you need to cook during your stay. Gather for a meal around the dining table set for four.

Located right off of the kitchen you'll find the shared bath. Enjoy a single vanity, a low-entry shower with custom tile, and all the essentials in the bathroom. Fresh towels are rolled in a wall rack, and we provide shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, and a hair dryer. The second bedroom is an en-suite, offering another fresh queen bed, closet, desk and TV, and of course a full bathroom!

Is work calling while you are on vacation Our high-speed WIFI supports video conferencing and multitasking. With desks in both rooms and plenty of living space, you have multiple options to work on that project, or surf around for the best places to eat and drink :)

Guest Access:

Aside from the condo itself, you may enjoy any of the outdoor spaces and comfy furniture we offer. Right next door to the courtyard will be a bar/restaurant (coming soon)!

The Neighborhood:

Located in the historic Gaston Ward, you are just minutes from everything in Savannah. Directly across the street are various fast food options if you have any late-night cravings or are in a hurry. However, even better, you are an easy walk from some of the best dining, bars, pubs, and attractions.

Grab excellent Cuban food at the corner café Rancho Alegre Cuban just down the road. Swing around the corner to Crystal Beer Parlor for a drink or sit down for a delicious southern dish at Mrs. Wilkes Dining Room, an authentic mom-and-pop restaurant.

Are you looking for a great outdoor vibe with beautiful old-growth trees Stop into Collins Quarter at Forsyth for brunch and enjoy the Savannah breeze through the trees.

Head to the City Market and River Walk and enjoy additional southern dining at The Lady and Sons. Grab a traditional dinner breakfast at Treylor Park. Get a little fancier with a delicious meal at St. Neo’s Brasserie, and don’t forget to check out their basement speakeasy-inspired bar.

A trip to Savannah is only complete with exploring a little of its historical colonial past. Fill your schedule by checking out the Telfair Academy, a beautiful art museum, or stroll through the Webb Military Museum. Relive the prohibition area by heading to the American Prohibition Museum. Don’t forget to grab a drink at their cocktail bar to celebrate freedom. Or fancy exploring Savannah’s ocean ties Check out the Ships of the Sea Maritime Museum.

Not enough time to walk all the sights of Savannah Take it all in at once while riding or biking. We are just minutes from Old Town Trolley Tours of Savannah and Savannah Bike Tours. Check out the city’s skyline from the water by jumping on one of the Savannah Belle’s ferries, with multiple stops all along Savannah’s riverfront.

Getting around is easy with walkable streets, bike rentals, and uber service. Jump on Savannah’s public transit system with the MLK & Gaston NB stop just a 1-minute walk from the loft.

Getting Around:

Aside from being able to walk to most of the attractions, there is plenty of FREE transportation to get around town. Just a few blocks away at the corner of Gaston & Whitaker, there is a DOT shuttle (trolley-style bus) that runs until about 7pm daily. You may also download The Downtowner App which is essentially a free. city-ran uber service. Aside from that, we recommend Uber/Lyft to get anywhere!

The condo was beautifully decorated and both bedrooms, baths and family room spacious. Everything had an ample starter kit so all we bought were food items. Conveniently located in the south historic district we parked our car (off street parking lot) and traveled by uber or the hop on/off trolley 5 min away. Fast food and small grocery store right next door. Very safe with gated patio area and entrance. Checking in and out was a breeze- didn’t even have to take out trash! The hosts were great and responded quickly when I had a few questions. Savannah is a great place to visit.

Beautifully renovated loft apartment with professional decorated space. Nice fenced in greenspace and patio. Easy accessible parking. Bedrooms do face a busy street. Also, it is on the second floor with large wooden staircase with two platforms. I wouldn't recommend it for families with small children, older adults, or handicapped individuals.

The unit was nicely furnished, decorated, and appointed. However, having an oven would be convenient. The area is okay during the day, but it felt sketchy at night for two women traveling alone. The location is on the edge of all the activities and historic sites, so it was therefore not as conveniently located as many other options would have been. While the check-in/out process was easy, the lack of options for baggage made the stay way too much of a hassle. A baggage hold center was suggested. However, schlepping bags over uneven sidewalks in hot and humid conditions for three-quarters of a mile is not our idea of a vacation (we did it twice, but never again). While the city is walkable, it's not walkable if you have to worry about coordinating picking up and dropping off luggage at another location. Lockers on-site would be an easy thing to add without delaying unit cleaning.

Amazing home and fantastic location. We walked all over Savannah and we walked to all of the squares. The trolly is close by and worth the money. The unit was very clean and the parking was a huge plus.

We had a fabulous stay. The home is exquisite and well maintained. The beds were comfortable after a full day of walking about. While located on a busy main street, by 11 pm, it was quiet. There are sound machines in the bedrooms that allowed this super light sleeper to have very peaceful sleep. We would definitely stay here again. Our hosts are wickedly responsive and very helpful with recommendations.

We had an outstanding stay at this apartment! Everything was absolutely perfect—clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. The space was beautifully maintained, with a fresh and welcoming feel from the moment we walked in. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and stress-free visit. You can tell great care was taken to make guests feel at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay. Thank you for a flawless experience!

Stayed Apr 25-27, 2025 . Short of sleep & morning showering, spent the rest of our time out in actual Savannah so didn't do much in the unit itself. Never used any TV's, etc, so couldn't report on anything like that. Couch and chair beside it were comfortable.Chair next to the dining table was a bit rocky like some screws needed to be tightened. Same with the handle in the shower next to the kitchen.Liked that the unit had all sorts of local tourist maps, which is good if it was your first time in Savannah.Dedicated parking off any streets in that area of Savannah was also a bonus. We walked the entire time, so the vehicle just sat in a nice safe, often shaded spot. The host recommended an address to put in to make things easier. That didn't work out for my GPS for whatever reason, it ended up putting us exactly where the host warned might be the wrong side of the building, but wasn't the end of the world with the hosts heads up in the message.I would recommend looking up the address ahead of time & getting the actual GPS coordinates to the parking lot & using those. Will take you right where you need without potentially driving past the entrance on a one-way street. Also recommend printing out the message the host provides with the check in instructions. Didn't end up being an issue for us, but there are several steps & codes on there, & if for some reason you have spotty cell service, you might get stuck behind one of the gates/doors without a code needed.
