Tidewater Beach Luxury Penthouse w/ Resort Amenities and a View!

Great location and very nice room with excellent view

Beautiful spacious condo. Very clean. Only complaint is at tidewater if you set up chairs with umbrellas, they are basically in the water because of where they will allow you to set them up. Loved the condo but will not stay here again because of this.

This is a beautiful property and it fit our accommodations, we had a great vacation. However, the listing just did state that it was considered a penthouse apartment, which it was not ,and the photos were deceiving on the size of the deck, it was tiny. Other than that everything was great.

This vacation was amazing. We stayed for 7 days in the most beautiful apartment. The view of the beach from the balcony was gorgeous! We loved the convenience of being steps from the beach, or going to one of the many pools when sick of the sand. The only part of our stay that wasn't great was the wait time for the elevators.

Room was clean and everything was in order and very nice. It had a great view of the beach. We had a great time and will be looking forward to our next stay.

We absolutely loved staying here. Only problem we had was with the parking garage gate not wanting to open but they would always help!

The condo was beautiful. We came down for our honeymoon. The bad, we had to sleep on opposite sides of the bed because there was two separate toppers for a king plus size bed. So, there is a dip in the center of the bed. Also, the shade in the center window needs to be replaced as there is nothing there. Welcome sunrise . For a penthouse price, was not a penthouse feel. Have stayed at tidewater many times. The non penthouse rooms were better IMO.

Beach view was amazing. The condo itself was fantastic. But there was a ridiculous wait at any of their elevators and other guests told me it is that way for years. Also the parking is a little tedious. The pools were freezing cold. And alot of kids in the hot tub. But seemed very family friendly.

Condo was nice as pictured and gave you plenty bath towels. Needs a curtain in middle window in master bedroom unless you like being woke up at 5am to sunlight. Blood stain on one of the pillow shams and the showers need remodeled squeaky shower floor. The resort itself was poorly managed. The rental chair company were rude and on a power trip and claim they own the beach. They placed red stakes on the wet/dry sand line which ends up being 30+ feet in front of the front row of rental chairs and won’t let you put chairs and umbrellas there. You are in the water if you choose to sit in front of the red stake. They harass the guards all day to make people move off their beach. The rental lady walks around taking pictures of everyone including children in their bathing suits and refuses to delete them when asked. I would never rent from them. All the other guest had the same complaints out of the rental chair company. The power went out one night no elevators were working had to climb 26 flights of stairs to our room to find out half our power was out no AC no water no shower or toilets working till mid morning the next day. Room was 75 degrees. AC still wasn’t working we did our own maintenance to get it to work. One guest said a few days prior to that there was a fire evacuation and everyone had to take the stairs down to exit the resort. This resort apparently has lots of issues. Our door code quit working rental company said it reset itself and they had to come and put a new door code on it while we weren’t there I had to call and get the new code to get in. All guest from the resort we spoke to were first time visitors and said they will never be back. If I could put this condo at another resort I would. We will never stay at this resort again.

Condo was nice and had a great view. It was very spacious too. Only things that were disappointing were the elevators. Too many people and units for only a few elevators. And a number of elevators out of service. In the condo, the sofas need to be replaced (they were worn out and not comfortable to sit on) and both showers need to be revamped. Other than those three things, everything was great.

The property was very nice. Our condo was everything it promised. We were close to everything we wanted to be. The elevator situation is terrible. We waited ten to thirty minutes most of the time for an elevator. The elevator could be the only reason we would stay somewhere else.

Beautiful property! I would definitely stay here again. Very easy check in, all staff was super friendly.

Amazing property. Just as descibed

This was very nice condo that was clean and up to date. Excellent and we would stay again.

My family and friends and I had a great time! But I couldn’t get my daughter into the shower because of the threshold and couldn’t lift her to get in the tub. Outside of that we had a blast!!

This property is a perfect location to set up on the beach and enjoy. Very comfortable for a family of 4 with space for everyone. Above average facility with pretty much everything you would need to survive, Pools, Cabanas on the beach, Restaurant, Gym, Bar all were very nice. You can walk to restaurants, grocery, beach supply store, even Pier Park is only a 15 minute walk on the beach from here. There is a good supply of bath towels but you will need beach towels. Also the kitchen is pretty bare. Not even a salt packet in the cupboard. Elevators are slow and this unit is high so be patient and leave extra time. The curtain in the Master was missing. Im sure they will replace it sometime soon. I would stay here again

Upon check in the employees were friendly and although it was a wait at the elevator, our room was a beautiful sight. My children loved their room and the balcony was awesome.

condo was nice but fees through Blue Swell were outrageous! They charged 50 to check in. Host fee was 314 and service fee was 197 !I will never rent through Blue Swell again.

The condo was was perfect for my birthday getaway, it was clean and had lots of room. The view was amazing and the staff in the resort were friendly. The only thing I would mention is that in the master bedroom the large main window was missing the curtain and the bright sun would shine through every morning and made it hard to sleep in. But we had a great time and location was great as well.

Very clean and well supplied with towels & bedding. Newer appliances. Super comfy beds. Staff is super friendly! Parking is acroos the street but aneasy walk to check in.

The condo was great, just as pictured. Great location close to pier park - where we spent a lot of our time.

This was our home base while in PCB to compete in the Ironman race. Being less than 1 mile from Pier Park was perfect and made our commute to/from transition and the Athlete's Village very easy. Lots of restaurants and shops to visit. The unit is exactly how it is advertised -beautifully decorated and very spacious. View from the balcony is great and you can see the pier from there. There were only basic items (2 rolls of TP, 2 garbage bags, etc.) so staying longer would have been more difficult. Communication was quick and a suggestion would be to have ALL the documentation done at once. It would have been nice to take care of the required driver licenses, vehicle information, etc. done once the reservation was complete instead of constantly getting text messages and email every few days. Even with these few things, the location was great. The easy process of checking in/out was good. Having dedicated parking was nice too.

This property is in a great location close to Pier Park the Condo was very clean but the Mattress in the Master Bedroom is very uncomfortable for someone that has had major Back surgery felt like you sleep in a hole the big picture window in the Master Bedroom needs a blind on it and we also killed several roaches in the condo. For the money we paid for this Condo I expected better

The property was nice and as described. The obky issued we ran into, the elevators were not working but the staff fixed it withinf the week.

The condo was everything that was written about it. I spent most of my time on the balcony overlooking the beautiful beach, pier and ocean views. What a truly magnificent place. The condo itself was extremely clean and well stocked. I wouldn’t have needed half the things I brought with me. I was by myself so it was a very peaceful stay. The beach was clean and chairs with umbrellas were provided. It was a calm sea while I was there. I ate food I brought but did go down to the restaurant in the building for dinner one night. The food was very good and the view of the beach spectacular as the sun was starting to set. There were beautiful sunsets every night I was there. The only problem I had was that the parking garage was on the other side of the street. And you had to park, walk quite a ways to the front desk then take a cart across the walkway Then wait for an elevator to take you to the floor your car was on, fill the cart, wait for the elevator again to take you to the walkway, then go through the main floor to another elevator to access your condo then empty the cart, wait for the elevator to take you to the main floor so you could drop off the cart then go back and wait for the elevator to take you back to the condo. As I said in the beginning I had quite a bit of stuff to bring up so I had to repeat this process to get everything up to the condo. Being 72 years old this was a tiring process. The staff were always nice and very helpful. It is a beautiful place.
