    The beach was beautiful and we had a wonderful experience in the sand and water. The condo was very outdated, not exceptionally clean, especially the floors and balcony), and some of the furniture was worn. The bunk bed was a nice feature for our grandson. The elevators were extremely SLOW. Luckily, we were on the 3rd floor so we were able to use the steps. There were so many complaints about the elevators as people were having to use the stairs for much higher floors. We are giving this a “GOOD” rating mainly for the oceanview. We would not recommend this unit unless it is updated.

    I really enjoyed our stay, it's a quiet building, has all the immenities for teenagers, and an unforgettable view of the Gulf. Luckily the elevators weren't a problem for us because we were on the third floor. We felt very safe and will be back again soon!

    Clean rooms, nice view. Check in and out were quite busy. They had an elevator attendant to help speed the use of the elevator during peak times. We enjoyed our stay.

    Apartment was great! Super glad we were on the 3rd floor due to elevator's taking 10-15 mins each time we had to use it so I can say I maxed out my steps for the week!!! We will not be staying at tidewater again due to this huge inconvenience!

    Waited an hour on the elevator to take the luggage rack back to the second floor. Had to take the stairs every time we left and came back. The bed had items left in it from previous people. The air never seemed to get cool.

    We went to check in and had to wait 30 mins for an elevator. So we just thought it was because it’s was check in time but it wasn’t. It was like this the entire time we were there. We took my step dad which is disabled and walks with walker so he can’t just run up some stairs. We spoke with manager at Tidewater and met a few owners and they said it’s nothing new with the elevators. Owners know but yet they did NOT put in it the post or we would have definitely not stayed there. I contacted owner and they acted like they didn’t know. So if you have someone who is disabled or can’t take the steps, I would NOT recommend this place.
