Tidewater 302 by Liquid Life

Room was excellent, comfortable bed. The only drawback which was not a huge deal is the commodes are extremely low. They are more suited for children. Otherwise everything was great. Liquid Life does excellent job with timely communication and instructions. Super easy!

Easy access. Tidewater is my favorite condo facility. Very clean condo.

Convenient to beach, restaurants and shopping. Nice building and grounds. Beds were comfortable and clean. Condo itself could have been cleaner but overall a nice place

Very, very clean. Beautiful views. Ridiculous only one roll of TP. If we had stayed only one week, would we have only gotten 1/2 roll? Just cheap. Furniture in LR not what was in the photo. It looked like owners had picked it up at a second hand store. Need to replace toilets with higher ones. Remove jetted tub in master bath with walk in shower. We are old people. Great restaurants. Will return to Orange Beach but will stay at a newer complex.

Very happy with our stay! Detailed instructions were sent (that I didn’t thoroughly read before we pulled up to the gate…sent a text and got an immediate response).Condo was clean, wonderful view, and bigger than photos made it appear. Would definitely stay again!

This is a nice condo in a great location, this was our first trip to coastal AL and we will definitely be back! Quiet beach, unit was very clean and has all of the basics. But this is the first time we have stayed in a unit managed by a company and they missed all of the little extras that really make a stay feel special. No books, no board games, no hair dryer (that was a big deal!), no beach towels, chairs or toys (for a beachfront condo that was unexpected), no extra TP (which felt stingy!) and the first time we have had a pantry with nothing in it, no salt and pepper, no sugar packets, and no coffee filters, that seemed petty. There was one extra blanket and it was thin. And they need more plates and bowls, we had to wash them over and over since we cooked. So, it was a nice enough place to stay but won't come back, expected more from a VRBO with some personality.

We loved staying at Tidewater 302, it was an amazing vacation. We did not want to leave. Hope to come back again next year!

Every year in August (the week of my birthday) my boyfriend andI visit Orange Beach. I love the beach and we stay in Condo's each time. Everything was perfect for our stay, easy access to pool and beach, appliances very nice, slept like a baby each night. My Mom and Niece came on Friday and loved the atmosphere, so relaxing. Thank you for such a nice place to stay and enjoy it all.

My husband and I stayed at this condo with our best friends for the 4th of July holiday weekend! The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were perfect! We also really liked the condo location, parking situation, and security. Would definitely recommend!

We loved this condo! It was so clean and the view from the balcony was everything. The check in/out process was simple and anytime I needed help liquid life would answer immediately. 10/10 for us!

This property had a great view and awesome amenities! Everything was clean and well kept. The back porch was AMAZING and very spacious. The front office staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved everything about our stay. Great location!

It was a perfect location and beautiful vuew of the beach. Right across the street from Zeke's and practically next to The Gulf Restaurant! VERY RELAXING!!

Just as advertised…views even better and very convenient to beach. Place was great - pool chairs need to be upgraded -which has nothing to do with this unit. I will definitely recommend as well as stay again.

Our favorite thing about this place is it’s right on the beach and never too crowded. This particular condo 302 was great for our family of 4. The only things that I didn’t enjoy but had very little impact on our experience were that we couldn’t find the remote to the tvs in the rooms so we had to use the one from the living room but it worked with sleep timers, the door in master bedroom to the balcony doesn’t open and the washer takes a very long time so start a load and go to the beach. We loved the space and kitchen appliances were new. What we loved about the room was the balcony furniture specifically the table and chairs.
