This 2-bedroom/2.5 bathroom condo, located near Bigwood Golf Course, offers 1655 square feet of living space all on one level. With an open great room feel, this is a comfortable condo that will sleep up to 4 guests. The Living area has a 65-inch curved 4k UHD TV with cable/streaming, a gas fireplace and couch, and a love seat to relax on. There is a sitting area with 2 recliner chairs and access to the outdoor patio area. The kitchenhas stainless steel appliances and 4 barstools for sitting around the countertop. The dining table seats 4 people.

The primary bedroom has a King bed, a 50-inch curved 4k TV with cable/streaming, a walk-in closet and bath with a shower only, and a single vanity sink. There is access to the patio with a table, 4 chairs, and an outdoor grill. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a full-size bath with a single sink vanity, and a tub with a shower. This second den bedroom has no windows and no closet. As you enter the condo, there is a laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer and a hallway bath. This condo has a coil cooling system to help keep you cooler during the summer (This unit does not have an AC system).

Complex Features: Thunder Springs is located next to the Bigwood Golf Course and has underground parking with a garage bay for two cars. Zenergy Health Club provides free guest access to a year-round swimming pool and hot tub. The Zenergy gym and spa are NOT included. During the summer, the Bigwood Grill is open for lunch and dinner and is located next door to the Thunder Springs complex.

Please note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.

    Condo was dark. No access toPatio except through master bedroom. Pool gate codes had been disabled no signs for office to access pool Had to call property manager to get door open to patio Difficult to initially find unit Beautiful pool. Unit was clean

    What a stressful nightmare! I was so looking forward to this trip. Thee staff were non responsive on several issues, and when they did reply they were rude, dismissive. Rooms were very outdated, you could hear the bed springs, very uncomfortable beds, pillows, wrong internet information so we had no internet the first 3 days. They said someone would come out the first day, it took considerable follow up I missed activities waiting for a promised staff to arrive and when I shared they did not I got a 'sorry' text back the next day, and then someone hung up on me. One small dresser in the master bedroom was broken, doors do not open and close so we put our clothes for the week on top. I requested a new place after the first night and was yelled at and scolded and told and no refunds so I felt stuck. Place was exceptionally clean, so they have incredible cleaning crew.

Plenty of room to spread out and the condo and grounds were beautiful. Well equipped and super clean. The only cons were poor lighting and mediocre master bed. LED bulbs would be a big plus in living area. Dining area definitely needs some sort of lighting. These aren’t big things and would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let's start with the positives. Great location, underground parking with large garage. Nice kitchen and layout. Alpine Lodging - Property Management was the best I have experienced in the Sun Valley area by far!! I have rented places for over 40 years. The best! Toaster broke. A new one was delivered in two hours. Gas fireplace did not light. Guy came out and fixed it in 15 minutes. Staff at their office was the best and very helpful. Downside: lighting in the bathrooms. No lights above the mirrors. No lighting for the dining room table. We moved a lamp so we could see. Second bedroom is not a legal bedroom. No window or closet. Bottom floor with only one door that opens from the master bedroom. There was one window that did open in the living room. Switch to turn on fireplace behind TV. Step down to kitchen area. You get used to it. Not a good design. You see the warning sign after you almost fall not expecting a step down to the kitchen. No view except for a steep hillside next to the main road. Since you are below the road you do not hear the traffic. I am sure in the summer that would change with having a door open or window.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing location. Pool & hot tub extraordinary. Condo spacious and very well stocked. Wonderful to park inside a heated garage in the winter time. Check-in a bit complicated as the front desk at Thunder Springs does not deal with Alpine Lodging, but Alpine very helpful and responsive throughout the process. A few things - the black plastic shower fixtures, the saggy pillows, the sub-par paint job in one of the bathrooms - seemed a bit shabby given the price and the luxury condo description. Overall, we were overwhelmed with the beauty of the area, the location of the condo (close to skiing and to restaurants), the convenience of parking, the luxury of ending the day with a swim, hot tub soak and cold plunge! A perfect ski vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was bigger than I expected -- a pleasant surprise. Everything was clean, modern, and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Access to the next-door Zenergy club hot tub was very welcome. The 2-car garage was great (but it *barely* fit our truck -- it would be useful for the listing to identify the full dimensions of the parking spaces). It was just a couple minutes drive to downtown Ketchum and Baldy.One issue we had was the door to the parking level was set to open without a code (the code pad was apparently broken) with a weight sensor for cars. We didn't have a key to the non-vehicle door, and couldn't open the parking level door without driving in/out. We thought we'd be locked out if we walked out. The rental agency didn't know about this, and wasn't too helpful. We did figure out other options (other doors) for entering/exiting by foot without getting locked out, when the complex HOA/management came by and talked to us. It would have been nice if the rental agency told us about this in advance or could have been more helpful.

    Really appreciated the cleanliness and location of the property. The ability to use tbt gym pool was wonderful and the check in and out process was easy!
