This three-story condo enjoys the perfect Garden City location, on a gentle slope that provides a commanding view of the water. You'll be about 200 yards from the community pool and tennis courts, half a mile from Bear Lake State Park, and just over a mile north of downtown. It's a lovely spot to relax after a day spent boating from the marina, pedaling on the bike path, ATVing or hiking on local trails, or skiing Beaver Mountain.

Each of the condo's three floors has its own balcony or patio, giving you wonderful outdoor spaces for morning coffee, alfresco lunches, evening cocktails, and everything in between.

Inside, the main living space is on the second floor, with central air running throughout the condo for your comfort. Enjoy a front living room with a gas fireplace and a cable TV, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining room with an adjoining den that offers even more after-dinner seating. In the evenings, find two bedrooms on the top floor - including a primary suite with its own TV and balcony - and a third bedroom with a TV and an entertainment space on the ground floor.

    Our family of 6 enjoyed our time here. It was within walking distance to the marina and less than 5 min drive to all the raspberry shakes we could handle. It was clean and just as described by the listing. We would stay again.

    Love staying in harbor village. We really enjoy the pool and tennis courts. Easy access to the marina and close to all garden city has to offer. Great house, convenient to stay in

    We had a lovely stay in your townhouse. A couple of things would have made our time there even better. First, the upstairs did not get cooled off by the air conditioner. I'm aware that Bear Lake is usually much cooler than the time we were there, but may I suggest adding ceiling fans to the bedrooms up there? Or at least a couple of box fans that can be pulled out when the weather is hot. Also, I would also suggest getting microwavable dishes. We usually bring food to warm up on our trips and noticed that most of the dishes were not microwave safe which made that difficult. Other than that, we enjoyed the space. It was nice to be able to spread out on 3 floors to give everyone a little alone time.
