Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our family of four enjoyed our month here and found the condo to be very comfortable, spacious and nicely furnished & decorated. There was plenty of room for us all to spread out, work remotely and for the kids to have their own space. The location is great - easy drive to town and convenient to everything the area has to offer. Just a mile from the Jordanelle reservoir, lots of trails nearby including one network of trails that starts a few hundred feet from the front door, and the Jordanelle bike path running directly behind the condo.

Stayed Dec 18, 2022The property was great for our family. The place was clean and met all size expectations. We were there for a family Christmas and ski vacation. This was an easy drive to Park City and Deer Valley and we also drove to the Canyon resorts of Alta, Snow Bird, Solitude and Brighton. We have been in UT before and knew the drive times and planning. The heat reset each morning at some point to 50 degrees and the first day after returning from skiing it was cold, but all was fine. We did all our own cooking and the knives were not great. There was also not a can opener that we could find. I am sure the owner will fix these very little things for the next renters. The only other minor piece was seating in the main living room for our family to watch a movie at the end of the day. Another couch or sectional would be great. Nothing I have stated is a deal breaker and I would recommend this location to anyone wanting a family get away and ski vacation!

Stayed Jul 22, 2022The condo was nice, and decently clean. The owner keeps a car in the garage and it was a tight fit to get ours inside. Because the owner takes up a spot, be aware there are only three parking spots even though the pictures make it look like there will be four. It is a bit in the middle of nowhere, but it's about 10-15 minutes from Park City. Good value overall.

Stayed Feb 24, 2022Awesome place for a large group. The paintings on the master bedroom need to be lifted away from the bed as the pillows constantly kept hitting the painting when lying down to sleep. Middle of the night my husband moved and the painting fell down on both our heads causing pain and large bumps. Fortunately we lifter our arms preventing it from hitting out children. Aesthetically those pairings look great but they are inconveniently placed, common sense please use some hangin wire to secure those things or just place them at a safe distance from the bed. Also the alarm randomly set off 2-3 times during our 4 day stay. We had to run to enter the code. It was unsettling with children in the house.

Stayed Feb 19, 2022We stayed four nights with four adults and four kids (two families) and had a really great time in this home. A short 10-12 minute drive into Park City made for a great location without feeling the crowds in town. The home was very clean upon arrival and we had a great time overall, and the listing pictures are an accurate portrayal of the property. That said, there were a few oversights, which I assume the owner/management company will be able to fix quickly, but future renters may wish to inquire with them before renting. (Note: None of these would keep us from going back again!) - No snow shovel (this was a little bit of an issue as it snowed two of the four days we were there - had to use a broom I found - I was surprised this basic tool for a snowy region wasn't anywhere to be found) - The furniture in the living room is not what I would call cozy. Understandably the living room is a little small so they picked a small couch to make the space look larger, but it is not comfortable. - No place to hang coats in the front entry, but there is a coat closet adjacent to the kitchen. - The toilet paper and tissue paper is the really, REALLY cheap-grade stuff that you would expect to find in a public bathroom. This makes the property feel cheap and I'm surprised at the management company for not being able to buy something at least a little better. - The property does not have a view. As you can see from the listing photos through the window in the living room, your view is a small hill. So if you're looking for a great view of the mountains, this is not the place for you. - The kitchen had practically everything we needed. But there was no wine bottle opener, only a children's pair of scissors, and only a few plastic cups for kids to use - almost all cups were glass. - There were no night-lights to plug into the hallway/bedroom areas. So we just left the bathroom light on with the door cracked for the kids to be able to see in the dark if needed. - The only ceiling fan in the property is in the living room. While I understand it's a mountain home, if you're a person that wants the air circulating in the room while you sleep, you're out of luck with this property. There were also no floor fans to be found on the property.
