Three Bedroom on 15th Floor at Phoenix 7…comes with parking space!

We had an easy check in. Parking was easy too. The condo was nice and had what we needed to cook there. The place was clean and looked like the pictures. The view of the ocean from the balcony was nice. The pools were nice but we didn’t use them much as the weather was cooler. The walk to the beach was easy. The beach area was nice with white sand and no sea weed. We contacted the host and they immediately responded. We did need to call for maintenance for a clogged tub but that was taken care of within a few hours. One thing that wasn’t great was the lack of communication about construction in the parking area. One of the owners mention that it had been known because it was supposed to have been done about 3 weeks earlier. There were a few mornings we could hear them at 5:30am starting work. Also, the construction crew hit the water line so there was no water from 9-5 one day. The condo front desk did their best by posting information in the elevators about water being out and provided bottle water. One of the condo owners let us know we could use the restrooms in the other Phoenix next to us. We also had no power for a few hours one day and we assume that was because of construction too. Aside from construction mishaps we had a great stay.

The property was nice. The poor couches probably need to either cleaned or replaced. They were stained up. Other than that, every thing was nice.

We had a great time, loved all the space and kitchen this place had. The common areas were big and perfect for our entire family! The view from the 15th floor is absolutely amazing and sooo beautiful! The location of the condo is right off the elevator and that was great! We had a specific parking space and omg, that was amazing because with all the kids we had it made it sooo much easier! I could not give this place less than 5 stars but listen, additional dressers for storage! non stick pans, keurig coffee make and a cutting board would do well here! I cannot say saying negative the place is wonderful and wood definitely use again for our family vacation.

Property was perfect other than floors being dirty. Check in and out was easy.
