Excellent stay! For our family of 6, this condo and the amenities provided the perfect, comfortable stay for our first visit to the St. Augustine area! The description of things provided and details of what to expect as far as the pool area and the path/steps to the beach are spot on. Literally, there were no surprises when we arrived. We read many reviews before booking as most do; trust me, the description and details in this condo listing are accurate and it lives up to the hype. Publix is a 5 minute drive to stock up the kitchen and pantry. The beautiful setting, quiet environment, and cleanliness was exactly what we wanted for our beach trip and this condo delivered. Perfect for couples and/or families with children. The door and gate codes provided for access is a major plus not having to fumble with keys. The owner, Dave, is an excellent host and provides & maintains a wonderful condo. He contacted me shortly after our arrival to ensure everything was in order, and made himself available for any issues or concerns that we may have throughout our stay. Our only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer haha! Our 4 nights here were great, but next time will be a full week! I have nothing bad to say about this condo and area, you can’t go wrong booking a stay here

The condo was beautiful and the location was great! The rooms and the appliances were very clean and up to date. The owner really thinks of everything that you would need right down to a white noise machine in the rooms. Even though we had no kids with us, I was impressed with what was provided for children including toys and a pack and play set up in the living area. The communication with the owner was quick and easy. We would love to come back.

We really enjoyed the room accommodations. The property seemed well maintained. The resort parking spot was close to the room, which made unloading groceries a ton easier. The pool was very nice with lots of room.The only thing we did like was the walk to the beach. It not only was long, but you had to walk up several stairs just to get to the board walk. I knew there was a walk to the beach, but the website didn’t discuss all the stairs. The beach was nice once we got there. Overall all we had a good stay and will recommend this resort to others

Yes very easy. Used the laundry once and all was good.

Parking was super easy with parking space right beside unit. Checkin was very easy. Communication with owner was prompt, and helpful. Condo was clean and well supplied with towels. My ONLY negative was the noise from upstairs unit. Its expected to hear some things, but you can hear literally EVERY footstep and noise, with even some voices. It sounded lile a child running many times, starting before 7am.

The house was wonderful and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The beach was absolutely gorgeous, not crowded, and fairly easy to walk (there are stairs).

David's place is cute and he had everything labeled so there's no guess work in needing to know where things are. There were ducks swimming in the pool, which was a delight to see.

We loved our stay! The cottage had such a perfect, cozy feel and was just steps from the beach. We spent a beautiful day by the ocean and even caught a stunning sunrise right outside. In the evening, we enjoyed walking through downtown St. Augustine, taking in the lights and history. Such a peaceful and memorable getaway—highly recommend!

This condo was ideal for a beach vacation. Clean, nice location, easy access to the beach. It also has a pool which was well kept. Full size washer & dryer which is nice if you have the need to do laundry especially if you have kids. Some of the kitchen items could use a little upgrade, for example none of the knives in the kitchen drawer are sharp. Luckily we only stayed for a night because we were just passing through. However, I would stay here again because we enjoyed the beach and also the condo.

Loved the place. Had trouble getting in the condo itself but Dave was very helpful. The condo was nice, clean, airy, and comfortable. The kitchen was nice but a little sparse on pantry items. But we didn't really cook meals there, so it was fine. Everything is labeled and organized well. I would highly recommend tjis place.

Pefect Stay..perfect hosts. Very close to beach and a very nice pool.

This condo is a very clean, attractive, comfortable, and large space with everything you need for a weekend stay or longer for two couples or more. Everything is helpfully labeled in the kitchen and other areas, so there's no casting about for utensils, dinnerware, glasses, or the right light switches. The condo is also easily approached either from Hwy 206 or from the Hwy 207 exits from I-95. We would happily stay there again in the future.

As the title implies; our stay at Quail Hollow was completely enjoyable. The condo owners should be proud of the home they present for their guests.

We loved the beach theme of the condo. It was nicely decorated with ocean vibes and hanging art of downtown St. Augustine. We appreciated the starter kitchen and bathroom toiletries. The kitchen drawers had everything we needed to cook and eat in with our kids (ages 9, 6, 2). There was a pack-n-play, a toddler training potty, and beach toys. There was a short walk to the pool and a boardwalk to the beach that involved climbing stairs. The check-in/out process was easy and our host was responsive to our questions. I would stay again and recommend to friends!

Unable to check into property! Prepaid in full in timely manner. Tried to reach Property owner to obtain key codes. He did not respond. Forced to warn a couple from Orlando to find a hotel on their own as we were driving back to Orlando. Mgmt Office closed. We called VRBO; there is a record!!. We asked helpful neighbors by the Unit who felt terrible for us.Owner finally called & raged at us, accused us of cheating him! We had paid in advance & had no place to stay. We are going to our credit card company for a full refund This was Horrific experience onVRBO
