This Spacious Condo has views to the Gulf and Bay from this multilevel Condo!

The code that was given to us to get through the vehicle gate did not work and Jaime seemed to want to deem it my fault. I know how to read - when you give me a code that is 12 numbers long, but the gate only takes 4-digit codes, you’ve given me the wrong code. Other than that, the place was fabulous. The trash drawer was a bit wonky, but everything else was great.Awesome view, with just a short walk on the property to the ocean!! That was amazing.

Good location, price,well accomdated

Overall the condo is great, spacios and comfortable for the 6 people in my party. Great location, gulf view, private walking path to the beach, close to restaurants and other attractions. I dropped one star because the dishwasher didn’t work during my stay and we had to do dishes by hand. The owner was aware and responsive and sent a maintenance team but they couldn’t fix the problem and since it was a short stay the dishwasher wasn’t fixed during my stay.

Very clean. Especially the public restrooms and we were pleasantly surprised about that.Also, the security guard heloed me with a temporary parking permit. But a vehicle was towed from parking garage and we had to listen to the car alarm for like 30 minutes at 11:15 p.m. that was the only negative.

The condo was very comfortable, close to the beach and had a wonderful view. All guests slept well in the beds and we had plenty of room to move about.

We loved our stay at this condo. Jaime was great to reach out with communication and check to make sure we had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach and the pool/hot tub were a huge hit with our kids.

Beautiful condo with all the amenities. Check in and checkout were easy. The location is close to restaurants and shops. The views from the balconies were wonderful.

We loved it! The unit was nice, clean and had a great deck. We enjoyed the complex pools and hot tubs, kind of a resort feel. The people we met were friendly and it’s in a great location!

We had a great time staying in this clean and updated condo. The view of the gulf is breathtaking. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting South Padre.

This place has everything you expect. Clean, quiet, views, and location.What sets this place apart are the hosts. They go out of their way to make sure everything is taken care of.

We absolutely love this condo and have stayed here before. We've also stayed at Jaime's and Olga's other condo, a 1 bedroom. This 2 bedroom is on the 5th floor, beautiful view of the Beach thru the balcony off 2nd floor and a beautiful view of the bay on the 1st floor. Condo is totally renovated. So clean and updated. The resort is immaculate with families and staff laughing and smiling all day. Beautiful landscaping. And so close to all the main shops. The beach is a walk away and you can take your canopies, chairs, beach toys, etc...OR you can just rent one of their beautiful already setup umbrella and chairs on the beach. You can also rent their canopies. We always bring ours though. Communicating with the owners is tip top. If i call, Jaime answers. If i text, he responds. Its just top knotch. We already booked for next June/2 weeks. And who knows, we might spontaneously book a trip in October. South Padre Island IS the most beautiful beach in Texas. I mean that sincerely. This was just as described. Very nice and clean. 2bd downstairs, with the kitchen and laundry upstairs. There is a balcony off the bedroom and upstairs off the living room. Excellent view. Pool was nice and clean. Short walk to the beach. Wonderful time would stay here again

We loved the location of the property and the views of the bay and beach! Owners were attentive and available when we needed them. Would only recommend bringing a darkening curtain as the beautiful SPI sunrise comes in early!

Clean, roomy, unique split level. Loved the view of the beach. Grounds and pools clean and taken care of. Would stay here again. Dont hesitate on this one.

We come to South Padre a few times a year and I get random AirBb/Vrbo. This is the first property that I will book again. The owner was very communicative. This condo was spacious, updated, clean and fully equipped. The view was beautiful and way better than the pics show. Thanks again.
