This oceanfront condo sits directly on the beach. The first floor offers a kitchen, living area, half bath, and balcony. Upstairs has a king master with ocean view and a second bedroom with queen and bunks. Walk to dining, shops, and nightlife.

Great stay. The unit was clean and the building seemed so quiet at bed time. We really appreciated some of the extra amenities available in the kitchen for cooking and coffee making. We would absolutely stay there again.

This is an excellent beach condo. It is well appointed, very spacious, and comes with all the comforts you’d expect.

We had 2 adults and 4 teenage girls with us. The bedroom with the queen and bunkbeds was perfect for the girls. The master bedroom had plenty of space and a beautiful view. A few things that could use a little improvement are: more bath towels and wash cloths, more beach towels and thicker ones, bigger skillets, more beach chairs that sit low to the ground (one was missing it's seat and needs to go in the trash), a new water heater (with 6 people taking showers back to back, the hot water unfortunately barely made it into the 3rd and 4th persons shower), and the stair lift made it extremely difficult to get up & down the stairs safely, especially with our suitcase. Also, Mark was very responsive any time I messaged him with a question. The condo was great and we had an excellent stay. We'd definitely consider staying here again.

This condo has everything you need for a great beach stay. It is spotless and inviting. The balcony provides a perfect view, the pool area is updated and comfortable. The location is close enough to the action to get there quickly but still feels remote and relaxing

Perfect getaway. The view was beautiful! We loved that we could see the ocean from the large door/windows in the living area & the bedroom. And loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the beach. So convenient to quickly get to the beach & cool. We will definitely visit again. The place was nicely decorated and equipped, making our stay very nice. The only thing we didn’t like was the mattress in the 2nd bedroom, which is sagging in the middle. Hope to visit again soon!

Great trip

Very responsive host throughout. Condo as described and perfect for our family. The Pelican condo employees are not the most friendly bunch, but we almost never interacted with them. I would definitely rent from this host again.

Great trip, great accommodations. Would do it all over again!

We had a great time and enjoyed the close proxemity to restaurants, Flagler and the local parks. We love being outdoors and the location is perfect for everything we enjoy doing at NSB.
