Perfect location and beautifully decorated for a relaxing beach stay. The ocean views from every window were a highlight. The beds and seating were very comfortable, and the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked, which made cooking easy during our stay. Communication with Christy was excellent — she responded quickly and was very helpful. We look forward to staying here again.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this North Topsail Beach condo. The unit was extremely clean, and I really appreciated that the linens were wrapped in plastic and stored in the closet, ready for us to put on the beds. It was a thoughtful touch that made it clear everything was fresh and sanitary.The ocean view from the windows and patio was incredible, you can see both the sand and the water right from the condo.The host's communication was excellent, and the welcome book covered everything we might have had questions about. Check-in and check-out were clear and easy to follow.The amenities were great. The pool was clean and never overcrowded, the pirate-themed restaurant on the property was convenient and surprisingly good, and the pirate ship playground was a huge hit with our child. Even the grounds staff were friendly and shared helpful information about the area.Overall, this was a fantastic experience for ourfamily, and we would happily stay here again.

This was a WONDERFUL experience from booking through checkout. The condo is clean, beautiful and in a PERFECT location. The location feels safe and the grounds are well manicured. If you are coming with a family, there are SO many things to do on the property. We enjoyed a ladies R&R weekend so the beach access was perfect and the balcony views are gorgeous. The host has added thoughtful touches throughout the condo to make your stay feel special. The decor is tasteful and relaxing. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare dinner and breakfast, The host was kind and accommodating and communication was prompt and very helpful. I will definitely return for a longer stay and I highly recommend this location for R&R or family fun for a variety of ages!

Absolutely amazing home on the beach with many wonderful amenities - pool, game room, exercise room and snack/ice cream shop. We enjoyed the views of the beach and sound from being on the top floor. The home is very clean, beautifully decorated and modern. Beds are very comfortable anlong with all linens provided. Our family enjoyed our stay! And the owner Christy was such a nice and thoughtful person to have allowed us to sleep in and check out late. We will definitely be back.

Such a cute condo, fantastic ocean view, easy access to the beach. The condo has a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Excellent location on north topsail beach.Note that toiletries are not provided and you will have to make up the beds when you arrive.

Christy was very welcoming, answering question and making sure we were comfortable. Her welcome book was informative so we had no questions once in the property. The only downfall was that beds had to be made upon arrival. Based on other family staying on the property, that seeems like a St Regis thing, not an owner choice. However, having beds made makes it feel more like a vacation than a chore. The condo overall was clean, well decorated and well stocked with kitchen ware/coffee etc. communication was excellent.

We stayed here while attending my son n laws retirement from the Marine Corp. Christy was readily available anytime we had a question.We were so grateful for her hospitality. We slept in the king bed and it was very comfortable. It is a beautiful inside and has a very homie feeling to it. Though we did not cook in the condominium there was everything you needed to cook a meal. She even had a crock pot. You can tell that a lot of thought and attention to detail was put into this VRBO.

Condo was very comfortable, clean, and well stocked for all of our needs. We especially enjoyed the views of the sound and ocean from the balcony. Christy was wonderful to work with and very accommodating!

We were staying on the same property in another building and decided at the last minute we wanted to extend the trip. Christy was so helpful getting us in earlier than normal since we were already on the property. We also had two one year olds who needed a nap at check in time and we were able to get in for them as well!! We absolutely want to stay again! Gorgeous space. Beautiful views. Clean. I stayed at this condo for 3 nights with my 2 children. Christy was a very attentive host, providing me with plenty of information prior to checkin. The view was lovely and access to the beach was easy. This was one of the best appointed VRBOs I have stayed in, with all the kitchen cleaning essentials and linens provided. The resort was safe, parking easy and we ate at 2 restaurants. We probably took advantage of the ice cream shop a little too often! I would stay again with a small group.

First time to this stretch of beaches. The condo was very clean and up to date. Wonderful location to set on the balcony and watch and hear the waves. Beach access is right at building 3 where this unit is located which made it very nice to be able to go from the beach to the unit for lunches or anything else. Christy was very informative about local attractions and places to eat. Will definitely visit again!

The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable. The condo is nicely decorated and always very clean. Christy is great to work with. Customer service at it's best.

This property was perfect and left us wanting for nothing! It was our second stay but it wasn’t our last.

Excellent property! Has all of the must have’s: top floor (quiet), Ocean view from the balcony, steps to the beach, tile floor throughout, stocked kitchen, very clean unit (like new). The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The decor was fresh, beautiful and relaxing. Highly recommend.

My husband and I had a great time at Christy's place. The unit is spotless and offers a lot of amenities. The view and sound of the ocean are perfectly peaceful, and although there are a lot of condos on Topsail Beach it is surprisingly a quiet and peaceful place. Would love to come back again!

Listing is accurate, the beach is beautiful, and the owner is very responsive. Hard to top that.
