The place was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all you would need for your stay. Lots of everything so that you can host a group.

Bright cheery decor. Kitchen had everything and more than I needed. Host is very helpful and responded quickly. Complex has several pools and hot tubs. Close to Palm Springs restaurants and shopping. Great location for cycling and hiking. Pleasant neighborhood, close to Frank Sinatra and Bob Hope houses.

Loved the location of this condo. Douglas was a great host. Well stocked and great space. Highly recommend!

Doug was a great host. He was always available for any questions. The condo had plenty of space for two and was conveniently located to downtown restaurants and shops. The kitchen is well stocked for making meals at home. The pool and hot tub were great and located directly outside the condo. If we make it back to Palm Springs again, we would definitely stay here again. Thanks Doug!

We had the pleasure to stay at Dougs apartment for 1 1/2 month from January till mid February. The apartment is very comfortable,nicely designed ,clean and funkadelicly decorated ,the kitchen well stocked with pots and pans and more,all you need for everyday cooking . the bed comfy but very very high a step was definitely needed as well as ear plugs since street traffic was busy. Rest assured,this Well appointed clean apartment is located in a nice neighbourhood,near all the points of interests. A designated car port spot was practical as well as the small carts to weel everything in,thanks Doug for being so thoughtful!Also Enjoyed the heated jacuzzi right in front of the appartement a definite plus! Doug has everything planned and gives great over the phone walk through so you will know how everything works. In Palm Springs do not miss the Forever Marilyn statue,the babies,the Art museum,the Indian Canyon trails,the shopping district,the Art district,the houses at movie Colony,the aerial tram is also a must.Enjoy the fantastic mid century architecture everywhere,the tiki bars,the saguaro hotel,the copley restaurant…enjoy! Dougs place is close to it all!

We’ve stayed at 4 properties in Palm Springs and this was our favourite. Fully equipped! There wasn’t anything we needed. Doug was prompt with all communication.

This condo was a perfect place for my husband and I to enjoy our month’s stay in Palm Springs. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. It has a central location close to shopping, restaurants and downtown. The condo has a very livable floor plan and lots of room. We ate most of our meals in and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed for meal preparation. Probably the best stocked condo we have ever rented. As a host, Doug is available and super easy to work with. He answered all our questions and gave us excellent suggestions for activities and restaurants in the area. We liked the every Thursday night Town Faire when the Main Street in downtown Palm Springs is closed to car traffic and filled with venders and specialty foods. We especially enjoyed having one of the three spas and pools just in front our our stairs and balcony. The balcony is a nice size and faces North providing comfortable use all day. There is an assigned covered parking spot which was very helpful and convenient. I also appreciated the in unit washer and dryer. Every morning we enjoyed a walk on the walking/biking path just out from the condo complex. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would certainly return!

The property was superb!! Doug was awesome to work with. He was very helpful. The condo was very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed and more. We felt very much at home. Everyone in the complex was friendly.

This condo was in a safe quite place. Super close to downtown and hiking trails. It has everything you need in the kitchen. Doug is one in a million. He was always quick to respond and gave a thorough review of all of the amenities.
