The living room can easily accommodate seating for 6 to sit back and relax in the evening after those long sunny days to watch a movie, a game or a little tv on the 55 inch LCD. The couch can be converted into a queen sofa sleeper to accommodate those extra guest needing a place to lie down for the night.

The spacious terrace has lounge seating for 4 and table seating for an additional 4. The terrace/balcony provides astonishing views of the entire peninsula, which includes the sound, the bridge, the gulf's longest pier, the largest pool in Navarre and of course the ocean.
