• Cozy living room with electric fireplace and brand-new window A/C unit

• Sleeper sofa/futon (approx. full-size) – best suited for 1–2 small adults or children

• Smart TV and comfortable seating for relaxing after a day out

• Queen bed with soft linens

• Closet for storage

• Direct access to the bathroom (note: bathroom is only accessible through the bedroom)



Bathroom:

• Full-size bathtub

• Clean towels and essentials provided



Occupancy Details:

• Maximum: 3 guests

• Ideal for: 2 adults, or 2 adults with 1–2 small children

• Linens for sleeper sofa available upon request

• Note: Futon is firm and may not be suitable for tall or larger adults
