    I stayed here for 1 month and decided to extend for a 2nd month. Jon is a great host and was more than helpful the entire time. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

    Overall our stay was good. I should have asked a couple of questions when it came to W/D listed on the website. I thought they were in the apartment, but they were actually common area laundry rooms that cost. The apartment is in a great location with access to lots of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Jon was always quick to answer questions and give guidance on any issue that arrived.

    Jon’s apartment is conveniently located, has great views, and renovated interior well decorated. If you are interested in visiting Old Town Scottsdale and in the market for two full bedrooms with full baths this is great value. Jon is available 24/7 and responds right away. Highly recommend.

    The condo is located in a great area close to Old Town Scottsdale. Was perfect for us as we were attending the spring training baseball games. Jon was amazing host- very quick to respond to any request and provided lots of great suggestions for places to eat to Cigar bars. If we had any questions about the rental - he answered very quickly. He was able to allow access a few hours early(which was so kind) as we had arrived in mid morning flights. Overall a very pleasant and comfortable experience Thank you

    We rented this property with another couple for our annual spring training baseball trip. Unfortunately, the games were called off and we ended up cutting short our stay by one day. The owner Jon was a pleasure to work with and we had no surprises during our stay. The property was clean and neat, and in a great location that allowed us to walk to Old Town. We would definitely consider this property again for our next trip to Scottsdale.

    Let me begin by saying the owner Jon is a great guy with great intentions. We spent 6 weeks in this condo. It has been updated however the quality of the work is substandard. The slate floor tiles in the kitchen, dining, living & 2nd bedroom were installed unevenly which allows your sandals to get caught making tripping a possibility. In addition the slate floors do not clean well because dirt gets stuck in all the creaveces so you must always wear shoes. Jon was kind enough to have the cleaning company come & clean the floors which made it better. The location of the condo is perfect but the late night noise level was a bit much for us. I think this location is better suited for younger people.

    Great location- condo was roomy and as described. Jon was a class act and very quick to reply to a couple questions we had, even during the holiday rush. Condo facilities such as the pool and hot tub were heated very well so we were able to use them even when the weather was chilly. Keep up the great work. Thank you!
