From the moment we walked in, everything felt clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully arranged. The decor was coastal-chic without being overdone, and the view from the balcony—absolutely breathtaking!! Waking up to the sound of waves and sipping coffee while watching the sunrise was pure magic. Paradise Beach Homes truly set the bar high. Their team was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made the entire rental process seamless. We've stayed in many places over the years, but this experience was hands-down the best. We’re already looking forward to booking this condo again!

Also, the dryer in the unit did not work well... had to be run 3-4 times to dry the clothes. The pool area lacked any umbrellas for shade. Could use a little TLC, but otherwise, we had a nice time.

Only downfall is if you want a good beach spot without the additional cost of renting chairs, you have get up early and get set up on the beach before 6 am. The chair rentals consume a large amount of beach so you’ll have quite a hike down the beach for your unobstructed view of the water. The dryer in our unit wasn’t the best. Larger loads of laundry took several cycles to dry, so we started doing half loads, which meant more laundry pods consumed. But the set up of the condo was perfect! The view was spectacular! And the a/c was nice and cold!

Beautiful beach and pools. We have stayed at the Pearl several times. This was the most beat up condo we have stayed in. AC didn’t work in part of the condo, furniture not greatest and curtains were water stained. Refrigerator had a broken shelf. Weird interior doors between our unit and neighboring unit. Not very secure. We could hear people talking thru the closet. Strange home layout. Couldn’t enjoy the balcony with my grandchildren due to neighbors weed smoke. Balcony doors don’t lock. Needs a latch on the door so toddlers can’t open the door.

Granddaughters loved the bunks, newborn and parents tucked away separately in their own “suite” making sleeping great for everyone. Kitchen was fully stocked and the living room furniture was cozy. This condo was perfect for our first family getaway to Navarre. Already planning our next visit!

The kitchen had everything we could possibly need to prepare our meals, even a crockpot, which was so nice to have. The bunk beds were perfect for our Grandkids! The balcony had plenty of seating for all of us. We even saw dolphins swim by while sitting out there one day! You literally cannot beat the views from this condo! The Paradise staff were all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely book this condo again!
