Stayed Dec 30, 2025This should be a 5 star facility and the location, items in the unit and facilities should be able to accommodate a rating like this. The one issue that we had was that every night at 2 a.m., the bedroom with the queen bed would go from the 70 we had the thermostat set to throughout the entire unit to what felt like 95 degrees F. It was impossible to sleep through the night and we were unable to get it remedied. Outside of that the location and proximity to a lift is excellent and the facilities are very nice. Unit is well equipped and comfortable.

Stayed Jan 25, 2023Great quality property that was impeccably maintained and stocked. Large rooms with plenty of space. Felt like I was home with everything you might need in the kitchen. Management group was very easy to work with: check-in/out, one issue was addressed immediately and they followed up. The unit was clean - far better than most VRBOs I stay at.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The ski in/ski out accessibility of the condo was amazing!! Also the use of the bus system to get to Beaver Creek and the Ritz was super useful. It was the perfect space for our group of 7.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969PROS: Probably one of the most well stocked condos we have stayed in. If you like to cook, the kitchen has everything! Nice, new cookware and a wide selection of bowls, plates, and utensils. Plenty of trash bags and dish detergent. More blankets, pillows and bath towels than you could ever need! The most comfortable mattress in a rental that we've ever slept on in the master bedroom. I liked it so much I actually checked the tag and it is a Beautyrest Hybrid mattress. Large TV and comfortable sectional in the living area. Spacious Bathrooms stocked with plenty of travel sized soaps and shampoo. Ground floor unit on a grassy area perfect for kids to run out the back door and play. Within the Village Connect shuttle system, so it is very easy to get around Beaver Creek on the shuttle. CONS: The air conditioning was not cooling for the first 6 days of our stay. Vacasa was aware. FINALLY the Beaver Creek Landing front desk was nice enough to have their maintenance people service it. Filters hadn't been changed in quite some time and were blocking air flow along with a loose part which they quickly repaired. ***Condos that are not managed by the front desk here cannot typically receive ANY help from the building management. This was made very apparent and we were just lucky they took pity on us after 6 days of no A/C.*** Housekeeping issues: The kitchen drawers had some crumbs. The drawer underneath the stove is very dirty and hasn't been vacuumed out in some time. Main surfaces and bathrooms were very clean, however. The wrong size top sheets were used in the third bedroom so it was difficult for the sheet to cover the full surface of the bed. The wrong size pillowcases were used in the second bedroom (standard pillowcases on king pillows so half the pillow was sticking out of the case.) ZERO washcloths yet a plethora of bath towels and hand towels. (Vacasa quickly remedied this by bringing us washcloths.) The humidifiers were all dirty and one was full of mold. (Vacasa did bring us a few new ones). The Keurig coffee maker is missing a part and does not work. Probably the biggest issue aside from the air conditioning was that there is a 4 month painting project going on in this entire building. This was not disclosed to us prior to renting this unit and we feel it should have been. Painters constantly walking all around the building, the smell of paint thinner, and the parking garage being blocked by the painters many days affected our stay. Overall, this condo could exceed 5 stars with some attention to detail by housekeeping and management. I would stay here again if these issues were remedied. After a rough start we ended our stay on a good note. They remedied what they could and did refund us for a small portion of our stay.

Stayed Jul 29, 2022We planned a family trip to this property, but 8 days before the vacation some of our party got Covid. We immediately reached out to Vacasa, the property manager to see if they would let us reschedule so that we could be together. Our decision not to come after a Covid infection was based on CDC guidelines and the desire not to put anyone at the property, including staff, at risk. After several days (longer than the 48 hour response window), the property manager finally wrote back and denied our request. The property manager was within their rights to deny the rescheduling request, but in reality it would not have been hard for them to find two nights later in the year that were not booked, to give us the chance to be together as a family. In a time where we are all trying to our best with the pandemic, the property manager's decision meant that we could do this trip as a family. We will not be booking again with this property manager.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Me and my friends went on a girls trip to beaver creek and stayed here! what a lovely place, extremely clean and spacious, great location, and the homeowners were awesome, they left directions for everything which made for seamless stay. would highly recommend & definitely going back!!
