The Tides-WIFI River Front Near Restaurants & Shops - Stairs

We love being “right on the river” yet in the center of the historic area and really good restaurants. The balcony is very private and it is fun to watch the boats, the birds, the seals. Plus, no noise from the bridge! Tammy (the property host) was very responsive to our questions and very helpful!

It was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated with all amenities. Being right in the center of Old Town, we could walk to all the restaurants, art galleries and shops. The view from the deck was beautiful - even the bridge could be seen. We will be back!

This is a beautiful property! It is located in the middle of town - walking distance to everything. The view off the back deck of the river is gorgeous! There is a grill and table out there for enjoying a meal. The interior is large and beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well stocked. We did not have any problem with noise from the street. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would love to return again!

Beautiful view - the host mentions the delivery trucks and we experienced just that - the home is lovely and well taken care of. Super easy process for check in/check out was appreciated.

Entering the condo there was unpleasant smell. After running the garbage disposal and throwing away the pizza box (on top of fridge) and adding an air freshener it was better! Plenty of dishes, etc, gladly loaded and turned on the dishwasher and washed a load of towels. Lovely view, great location good private parking space!!

All was good but did not appreciate that the patio door to the bedroom would not lock, nor the guest room bathroom. Also, a box of Kleenex would be good. The deck divider was easy to get around so did not feel safe in the guest room. Might be back if the locks work.

The condo is very clean, conveniently located on the water and old town. Tammy was very responsive and even stopped by to introduce herself. Will stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent. Our only consideration would be to have hotter water. My husband needed to take a hot tub every night and we had to use boiled water from the kitchen because it just wasn’t very hot. Other than that, it was an excellent day. We will come again when we visit.

Brilliant apartment with everything we needed. So spacious!

Condo was very clean. Beds were comfy. Loved the view of the river from the balcony. Host provided everything we needed. Lots of games and books. Kuerig coffee maker and pods provided. We enjoyed the delicious box of chocolates that the host left us. We are from the San Diego area and we will be back again! Eat at Travelers cove - great food!

Excellent location and lovely condo! The kitchen was very well stocked and the view was lovely. The communication with the owner was excellent; we had a small problem with the WiFi when we first arrived and it was quickly resolved. It was a special bonus to have an assigned parking spot nearby. We did a tour of the sand dunes which was fun and a good value. There were several wonderful restaurants very nearby that we enjoyed. Overall, I highly recommend this condo and would stay again if visiting the area.

We are repeat guests and keep returning. Tammy and Jack are outstanding hosts. We love the location and the activity, both on the river and the street. Hope to return many times

Tammy’s property is one of the finest VRBO’s I have ever stayed at. Right on the river, two king beds and everything you need. We have already booked for next year!!

This property location is the absolute best. It is above stores but super quiet. My favorite day on vacation was when my family went to the sand dunes, and I stayed back. I sat in the living room looking out at the lake. The balcony and the view is 5 star. You walk out your door and surrounded by restaurants. My favorite was Nosh Eatery. The salads there were so good. The unit is wonderful and large. This unit would be great for all types of people except small children or those that have physical limitations as you do have to walk up a flight of steps to get into the unit. It will be perfect for many, The bed was dreamy and so was the jacuzzi tub.

This chic place exceeded expectations. It's literally downtown, above a store. It felt like a coveted secret entering from main street. Yet it's not loud at all. It overlooks the river and the iconic Florence bridge. The place is updated and much larger than we thought it would be with 2 full bathrooms, King beds, large new kitchen. The best part was the amazing artwork throughout. Statues, glasswork, ocean-theme displays, and wall hangings. (I might be nervous to have young children there). It feels luxurious and would make for a romantic weekend getaway. Fun seashore spots nearby like the sand dunes and jetty. We also loved Seal beach and on the far end of that beach we saw large starfish clinging to the rocks. The host was very accommodating because our plans had changed just before arrival. Thank you! Florence isn't very far from Corvallis and was the perfect family vacation after our daughter's graduation from OSU.

Beautiful accommodations and very clean. Everything about this spot was amazing. Views and animals out back and out front the quaint town. Not loud at all if early to bed. Would recommend if you’re looking for a place in Florence.

My cousin and I truly enjoyed our stay at the tides. It was a perfect location, space, and view! We enjoyed the balcony every morning and night. We also appreciated the spaciousness of the condo with us each having a bedroom and bathroom. The location in old town was prime to the restaurants and shops. I also enjoyed the unique art work in the condo. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Absolutely beautiful view, the home was beautiful and extra clean! Walking to restaurants within just minutes and all the shopping downtown. Didn’t have to get into the car once while we were there. It was absolutely perfect!

Comfortable 2 bedroom with a great view of the river right in the heart of old downtown Florence. Designated parking is a ways away but we were able to park close on the street and everything you need is within walking distance anyway.

This is our 2nd time staying in this apartment. The owners are nearby so if anything comes up, they respond right away. There are many amenities and lots of kitchen items. Even though it's right in old town, the apartment is extremely quiet. The view with the river is perfect. We will stay again.

The Tides is cozy, with excellent amenities and a spacious deck with a wonderful view of the river. The location in Old Town has restaurants and fun stores just steps away. Tammy is the best, a gracious and responsive host.

Really fun location. Great back deck with a nice view of the river. A harbor seal was hanging around in the water, which was fun to see. The condo is on the second floor, above a shop, so would be tough to access if someone has mobility disability.

This is our third stay at this property. We love the view and convenience of being able to walk to everything in Old Town. The weather was absolutely perfect and so nice to get out of the heat from the valley. Condo has wonderful linens and is very clean. Tammy is also so easy to communicate with and is very nice. Thanks for sharing your place with us.
