The Tides townhouse in Rehoboth Beach with pool access

Everything was great, very spacious, townhouse had plenty of towels, great location, nice pool, great restaurant recommendations by property mgmt, awesome for our fur babies, we didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to return!

Stayed at the property for daughters 12u softball tournament along with another parent and player family. Wonderful location to ball fields, food , shopping, etc. Super fast and easy communication with property owner who was kind enough to allow few extra hours late check in to accommodate when girls qualified for finals ! Highly recommend !

Really enjoyed a small family get together and getaway for the weekend. Plenty of nice local restaurants nearby and only a few minutes from the beach. Property was very clean and nicely put together.

This home was a below average beach rental. Numerous stains on the carpet, loose tiles, a noisy refrigerator, super creaky stairs, etc. The cleaning was obviously a rush job with dirt and crumbs plentifully strewn about in corners and on edges. On top of all that, a rude and grumpy year round neighbor lives next door.

Close to Restaurants and Beaches. Clean and comfortable. Had an outdoor area for our dog. Enjoyed our stay.

Nice unit in great community. Pool was super fun for kids and grandkids. Close to town.

The house overall was great and very clean, a good floor plan for my family with three young kids and we really enjoyed our stay! Our older two kids loved the bunk beds! We did have two minor issues that I told Vacasa about, but which were not resolved (this is entirely on Vacasa and not the owners of the home): first, the pool fob was missing, and the second was an adjustment needed to the hinges on one of the kids bedroom doors. Hopefully these will be resolved shortly for the next guests. We loved the boardwalk, Funland, Gordon’s Pond beach, Stop and Go Taco, Casapulla’s Italian Subs, Thompson Island Brewing co, Kohr Brothers frozen custard, Egg. The house also had beach towels available and sand toys for the kids. Very convenient drive to and from the boardwalk area. We would stay here again.

Very Close to attractions areas

Rented the house for our wedding shower weekend and it was awesome! Great space, all the necessary beach tools were provided, and parking was easy and accommodated our group. We will definitely be back!
