The Spot at Chadwick: Fall vibes, walk to stadium

The Spot at Chadwick was designed with a little extra heart. The owners’ college-aged daughters are cheerleaders at Mississippi State who will likely call it home one day, so they decorated and stocked it with the same care they’d want for their own girls. From extra blankets tucked inside the coffee table, to shower caddies, to a laundry hamper, the little things have been thought through so you can settle in and feel at home.

Walk up one flight of stairs and into a warm,modern living space accented with just the right amount of maroon. The living room is made for winding down after a full day exploring Starkville. Get comfortable on the couches with a warm cup of tea and your favorite show on the Netflix. If you’re traveling with a larger group, the sofa converts into a queen bed, bringing the condo’s total occupancy to six.

Just off the living room, the fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for slow mornings, quick game-day breakfasts, or dinner at home. Coffee drinkers: there’s a k-cup machine with an assortment of pods, sugar, and creams ready for y’all!

If you step through the kitchen onto the private back deck, you’ll find a peaceful spot to spend a little downtime. Outdoor seating for two overlooks woods and you may even forget you’re in the heart of Starkville. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also located off the kitchen, making longer stays and post-game-day laundry a little easier.
