Stayed Mar 26, 2024I stayed at this property in fall, 2023, and did a repeat stay here for 6.5 weeks. Ashley was very responsive with questions or if I had an issue. I knew there was road construction happening (was happening in the fall). Bed was comfortable. Everything was pretty much the same as the fall. I did get to meet several of the neighbors and their pets which was great. Will check out availability when I return to Austin. Did not take advantage of the swimming pool or fitness center.

Stayed Oct 4, 2023I stayed at the Smart Condo for 39 days fall of 2023. I knew the area prior to my stay. Condo was exactly like the pictures. it was a very quiet complex. Anytime I needed something Ashley was responsive. I had a love hate relationship with the all in one washer and dryer.. I recommend this condo and would definitely stay at the condo again.

Stayed Feb 12, 2022Place has everything you need. Washer + Dryer combo. Wifi fast. Dishwasher. The Smart Condo features is a nice bonus. Would definitely come back. Although, Place is close to the freeway. So it can get loud at times. I was working nights. So it made it difficult. However, if you have a day schedule you should be fine. Ashley was great! Always made sure everything was fine during the whole stay. Definitely recommend.
