Stayed Jul 10, 2024The property is nice and centrally located. Good for a family get together. We liked that it was right next to the pool and there was a pickleball court that was close.

Stayed Aug 9, 2023From the listing it makes it sound like it is in the actual gated property of Legacy Beach. The frustrating part was once we got the address it was across the main street in Garden City. If you want to access the clubhouse you had to cross the street each time with no crosswalk nearby. The beach was less desirable at Legacy Beach (lots of big bugs and not much of a beach). The house itself was nice. Plenty of space to hang out and play games. The garage was to small to park our small SUV in, so it had to sit in the elements which was annoying but not a major factor in the property. Overall this was a good home to stay in. Not sure we would stay again unless the city can help Legacy Resort figure out a solution on the busy street and access to the amenities.
