Located just minutes away from Pier Park and walking distance to the area's top dining, this spot is perfect for couples seeking unbeatable value and a premium PCB experience.

Premium King Bed: Features a luxurious King bed and a Queen Sleeper Sofa.

Kitchenette: Enjoy the convenience of a full-sized refrigerator/freezer (a rare find in studios!) plus a two-burner cooktop, microwave, and a premium Nespresso coffee maker.

Guest Access & Important Notes

Primary Renter: Must be 20 years or older.

Hassle-Free Keyless Entry: Skip the front desk! Your unique door code and parking gate access code will be sent to you prior to arrival for a seamless check-in.

Check-in: 4:00 PM // Check-out: 10:00 AM

Resort Parking: Includes 2 parking passes—one for the main covered garage and a second for the large overflow lot directly west of the building.

Resort Wristbands: Wristbands are provided for all registered guests in your reservation (children under 10 do not require one).

Host Tip: Keep your wristbands adjusted loosely so you can easily take them on and off during your stay!

Space & Occupancy: Sleeps up to 4 guests (King Bed + Queen Sleeper Sofa). While 4 guests are welcome, this studio layout offers the absolute most space and comfort for couples or small families of 2 to 3.
