This beautiful fun & games themed unit is recently renovated and ready for YOU! It is fun and energizing.

Located in the St. Johns neighborhood in North Austin, it is conveniently located with easy access to the I-35 and 183. It is about 10 minutes from the domain, 15 mins from downtown, 18 minutes from Barton Springs and Zilker Park, and about 20 mins from the airport!

The space:
During your stay, you will have easy access to the home with the keypad entry and will enjoythe convenience of self-check-in. The beautifully renovated kitchen is stocked with silverware, utensils, pots, pan, dishes, mugs, glasses, plates, and bowls. The pantry holds spices and other cooking essentials if you decide to cook during your stay. There are a dishwasher and a laundry room in the unit for use as well as an iron and ironing board! The bathroom has soaps, some bathroom essentials, and a dryer for use also.

Other things to note:
Small pets under 35 lbs are welcome and in order for us to continue to be pet friendly, we’re asking you to not allow them on the furniture. It’s hard to get the smell out and we have had many complaints from non-pet owners who are sensitive or allergic to pet hair or dander. No aggressive breeds and no pets over 35 lbs allowed.

There is a private fenced yard on the property. All pets must be housebroken, and owners are responsible for picking up droppings from the yard prior to check out. We also require a $150 deposit for pets for incidentals and the reservation will have an additional $50 non-refundable cleaning fee/pet to clear pet odors and hair after your stay. Please ask all questions if you plan to have a pet(s) during your stay prior to booking.

THERE WILL BE A $250 FINE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
- NOT PAYING THE PET DEPOSIT
-HAVING PETS ON THE FURNITURE
-HAVING AN AGGRESSIVE BREED ON THE PROPERTY
-HAVING A LARGE PET IN EXCESS OF 35 LBS ON THE PROPERTY

Close by eats and things>>>>> An easy drive to both Duval Biscuits and Groovy and the very yummy The Omelettry (under 3 miles :) For a nice dinner, Contigo is fun, lively and just a short drive away. Don't forget to save time and experience an Austin gem while in town. Sahara Lounge offers unique Austin nightlife and live music (7.1 miles). Little Longhorn Saloon is another entertaining Austin hot spot offering a unique experience with Chicken-poop bingo and live music every Sunday (only 3 miles)!!! If bringing the kiddos, Thinkery is a fun and one of a kind children's museum very close by (3.8 miles)

Getting around:
We recommend accounting for using rideshare to commute (Uber and Lyft are readily available here) or renting a car to fully enjoy Austin from this unit. Not a walkable area.

    I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was very disappointing. When we arrived, we found a roach and hair in the shower, which immediately made the place feel unclean. The air conditioning didn’t work properly and stayed stuck at 78F, making the room uncomfortably warm. We ended up having to sleep with the balcony door open just to cool off, which wasn’t ideal given that the neighborhood felt unpleasant and a bit unsafe.On top of that, the remotes for the TVs didn’t work, and we were initially given the wrong door code and WiFi password, which was frustrating after a long day of travel although the host did send us the new codes after calling. Overall, this property did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness, comfort, or maintenance. I would not recommend staying here until significant improvements are made.

    We loved the condo, it was even better than expected. The updates are nice, it was clean and we loved the fenced yard for our dogs. Would definitely stay again!!

    The area is hit and miss. It is close to a lot of fun restaurants, two good coffee places, and easy access to I10. Upon arrival, it was late and we noticed that the neighboring units had some construction. There was a big cleanliness issue as I do not believe that a cleaning crew made it to the unit before our arrival, but the beds were made. There were a lot of roaches in the kitchen so we kept our food in the refrigerator. One of my friends didn't even stay with us. It was also very, very dusty. Upon leaving, I noticed that the A/C filter had not been changed in a very long time. There was also an issue with temperature as during the day, the upstairs was very hot and the downstairs was cool/appeared to be working. Bring your own board games, but the host was nice enough to leave two-three games. The code to the front lock was easy to remember. There was also a locker room lock on the back patio wood door that we did not have access to as the unit comes with a sliding door. The host was nice to address my concerns with cleanliness after the trip. There was a delay of over 24 hours and miscommunication where they did not receive my photos via this website or text message. Upon hearing my concern, I did receive a refund of my cleaning fee.

    On my recent trip to Austin, I had the good fortune to stay in this wonderful condo in the St. Johns neighborhood. It was clean, inviting, and so restful. Everything I needed was available including towels, toilet paper, and shampoo/conditioner. The queen bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable and I camped out on one of the sofas downstairs when I needed down time. The neighborhood was a quiet working class area with a lot of character situated very close to I-35, which connects directly to downtown Austin. I wouldn't hesitate to stay with this renter within this unit or another they own.

    It took a little while to be able to check in, and the host to respond, but that was fine. The pictures of the house are accurate, but there were so many cockroaches in the kitchen especially around the stove area and there were flies everywhere when we got there. The house also smelled a little bit like cigarettes. The upstairs bedrooms and bathroom were clean, but the light and fan in bedroom 2 doesn’t have a switch or remote to turn them off. The light just has black duck tape over it but light still peaks through and with the fan on it makes the light look like it’s flickering. We didn’t spend much time at the house since we were sight seeing in Austin, but the times we were there was a bit uncomfortable with all of the bugs and stuff.
