This was a nice loft, just blocks away from the hard rock Casino and the downtown trolley. very clean place on the interior, loved the old world fill of the building.

What a fun couple nights in Cincy! The entry has a creepy back alley feel to, and theres the creaky stairway, all leading to an amazing property. Once inside the exposed brick adds so much character. The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable. Could ask for a better location as far as access to the Connector loop. 10/10 would stay here again!

Beautiful home! Walked to TQL stadium for a game and also walked to Great American Ballpark. Plenty of places to eat and get treats for the kids within short walk. Plenty of space to kick back and relax back at the place. Accommodations were fantastic. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was wonderful. The location was fantastic to walk around and visit restaurants and shops, and bars. The apartment itself was super cool and the layout was perfect for us. My only suggestion would be the toiletries were not completely stocked. No shampoo in either bathroom. Typically travel with it, but was really packing white so just a slight inconvenience but overall five stars the place was great!

What a beautiful space! It was the perfect place for 2 couples and the location was great to get to Nicholson’s and the Aronoff. Definitely would stay here again.

The host was great with his communication. Answered all questions very quickly. Provided all details that we needed for our stay and was really easy to work with. The apartment itself was just adorable. We had a group of four and it worked perfectly for us. It had all the amenities we needed, was sparkling clean and had great views. In a very walkable area to so many fun places to explore. The only things to mention would be it is on the third floor and there is no elevator, so be aware and pack light! Also this is above a bar and each evening you could hear the goings on outside. This did not bother our group but if you are looking for something that is more quiet you probably would not be searching up a listing in the heart of OTR anyway!

The location of this place couldn't have been better for us. It’s so close to the free Connector streetcar that you can see it from the windows. The recommended parking garage was close too.We loved the exposed brick and character of the building but appreciated the updates too. The WiFi worked well and the kitchen and bathrooms were very nice.We heard music from the bar on the first level (through the windows, but not the floor) but it was quiet after 11:30 or so.If 40 stairs is daunting, please consider somewhere else. If you can manage that, it's worth the climb!It was a great, comfortable stay and we'd absolutely stay there again!

Our stay was overall great. The property is much larger than expected and has a great look/decor. Owner was responsive by text, but not to VRBO messages (which they mention in their welcome message) and the one very minor issue we had was taken care of immediately. Property was clean, but there were some random items (like a fast food dipping sauce in a drawer with utensils) that show some extra attention could be taken. That said there was not a single crumb or speck of dirt to be found.Kitchen has essentials, but missing some typical conveniences like a toaster. Beds are comfy, but only pillow options are large/thick so if you like a thin pillow like me, you'll want to bring your own from home. Main complaint is the dumpster right below the primary bedroom window. Even with a white noise machine going (which they provide in both bedrooms), it's hard not to be woken up by the bar downstairs dumping beer bottles throughout the night or when the garbage truck collects it at 4am. Loved the location and ability to walk places. The Connector (free bus) is steps from the door and Brown Bear Bakery (a MUST visit) is one block over. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Nice property with big beautiful windows and brick walls in a great location. Steps going up to property are many and steep and it’s a bit loud due to the Bar below and general city noise, however, it was easy to get to and the location was centralized to many great activities.

We enjoyed our time in Cincy staying in the OTR neighborhood. This property is a well done renovation/conversion of an historic building (OTR is full of them!). The location was very convenient for everything we wanted to do...we walked or took the free connector trolley everywhere we went. As others have pointed out it, it could be hit or miss on the upstairs neighbors and how quiet (or not) they can be. Out of the 3 of us, only one was bothered by them on one night...the other 2 slept right through it. There is a white noise machine in the bedrooms, if you are not used to sleeping in an apartment/city noises...you probably should use it....and I appreciate the thoughtfulness of providing it. Overall it is a great location, well appointed apartment, and I would stay here again.

Very nice, convenient location. Lots of great bars and restaurants. Upstairs neighbors were a bit noisy late at night but other than that, an enjoyable stay.

Great place, great location, would visit again

We were staying in town for an FC Cincinnati game and wanted a place close to a connector station. There are two very close which was great for getting to and from the game. Communication and check in instructions were quick and clear. The apartment is a great size and very nice. Very little outside noise and just a little bit of noise from the apartment above. Parking is close in the new Kroger pay lot and with the connector, you don’t need your car once you arrive. We unloaded then parked and enjoyed our time. If I ever need a nice place close to downtown and Over the Rhine, I’ll be back.

This home is lovely and the property manager was great.The only problem we had was the noise. It is above a sports bar and a wine bar the noise goes on until after 2am. It is very loud and no one was able to sleep at all. It would have been helpful to have this disclosed before we booked this location.

Everything was awesome. The location is prime. Nice neighborhood and great nightlife. The only thing was the trash bins right outside the building the smell. Unfortunately no control over that.Great welcome booklet to familiarize yourself with the area. Definitely would stay again!!!

Husband and I had a 4 day weekend to visit Cincinnati for a couple days. Neither of us had visited Over-the-rhine before. This property looked to be in a prime location and we loved the urban vibe of the condo. This property delivered! It is a beautiful space and was in a prime location. We hope to stay here again in the fall.

Everything was great. We did have trouble getting streaming to work on the TVs.

My family and I had a very enjoyable stay. The neighborhood was walkable and full of great restaurants, boutiques, and coffee shops. Our host had wonderful recommendations for local spots to eat. We attended a Reds game and the Cincinnati Zoo. Both were amazing experiences. The only thing that wasn’t ideal was the trash pickup right outside our window early each morning. That’s what comes with staying in the city. The location and comfort of the apartment far outweigh this minor inconvenience. My family and I would definitely stay here again.

This was a great space with plenty of room for two couples in the heart of the OTR district. The location was just a short Connector ride to the stuff we were doing including a Reds game and visiting Washington Park. Also just a short drive to other activities such as a show at Ludlow Garage and a fun time at Analog Fair. Highly recommended.

Great rental in a cool part of town. Easy walk to the river and downtown.

Took daughter and three of her friends to celebrate her birthday and obtaining her advanced degree. Location was perfect - walk to everywhere - coffee shops, Washington Park, Findley Market, restaurants and bars. Highly recommend. Everything needed on site. Great beds, roomy bathrooms, nice amenities, and even air mattress was comfy. Clean and spacious. Will definitely stay here again!

Great stay except for the people in the alley until 3:15am. Just was not expecting the late night wakeup.

We had a lovely stay at this unit right in the heart of OTR! I enjoyed the comfort and style and my kids enjoyed the privacy and space! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the access to the connector, and the walkability of this spot. The parking garage wasn’t far and the white noise machines were a nice touch as it is an urban apartment—quieter in the bedrooms, but could hear the noisy, city streets from the living room. We LOVED it!

This property was well located for the theater and dinner venues. Also the pub downstairs was a lively place.

I stayed here on multiple occasions, this time was for my anniversary, me and my partner spent a lot of time across the street at pins arcade bar and godfathers pizza. One of the best locations to be at if hanging out downtown

We were in town for Xavier basketball game. We wanted to be downtown and this was a great location. Close to all the hot spots in OTR. Dan was very communicative and enjoyed our stay.

On the 3rd floor with no elevator. The condo was nice and clean, but getting our stuff up there was difficult. I tried to call the host because we were having trouble checking in and he never did call me back. Would not stay here again.

We loved staying at this location! Coffee, food & entertainment are easily accessible from this location & the apartment was very nice and clean! Will definitely stay there again in the future.

Very nice apartment, tastefully furnished, cosy and warm in the winter with great views. Comfortable beds and very pleasant bathrooms. There was coffee for us to use too!

Appeared to be black mold in walk in shower. Either that or it was grout. Shower floor felt slimy and hadn’t been scrubbed. Quiet hours were suppose to be 9am to 9pm, no one abided by it. Whiskers coming from under sink from previous tenants. Had streaming tv but no instructions on how to use it. Overall interior needs attention many floor boards had holes. No toilet paper holders

We came to have some time together. We loved the apartment and having 2 beds 2 baths was wonderful. Perfectly appointed and spotlessly clean; the hosts thought of everything. Location was terrific and we enjoyed walking to all our destinations. The welcome book had great restaurant recommendations. Communication was very easy and our one question was quickly answered. Would definitely recommend!

It was a very nice stay and super close to everything! The only thing was we found some socks under the bed but not a big deal at all. We loved it!

Liked the location and the space. Really enjoyed being able to walk to Coffee Emporium and some other nearby restaurants especially on Elm Street. Nearby grocery is also convenient. Secure parking a block away.

Nice place, is unassuming when you see the entrance to the building but then get to the room and was very nice

I would stay again. My only complaints are that construction is going on in the alley where the entrance is located. It was very loud and sleeping past 7 am was not possible. Also the trash in the alley was over flowing, smelled horrible and rats were running around at night. None of this is the fault of the property, it is a nice place, but it is in the city. There seems to be a pretty large and aggressive homeless population in the area. In two days I was approached at least 7 or 8 times for money and when i declined the people became upset and angry. I get it, Its a changing neighborhood but there were zero police. I never even saw one driving around. That wasn't the best. That said, there is a lot to do around the area a great bar down stairs, great coffee shop around the corner and great access to the street car. The apartment is nice, too bad it was a bit of a mixed bag when you walk out the door.

The apartment is a fantastic city retreat with its converted-warehouse feel. We parked the car once and walked everywhere — saw amazing sights and had great food. Would definitely stay here again! We had made an error in our booking and the host made it right with no hassle.
