Perfect location, property was fantastic for our group of 8. Great touch with coffee there without having to run to grocery store. We will definitely book this home again and recommend to friends

This is a beautiful property. Right in the heart of downtown Nashville. We had family coming so needed 4 bedrooms and wanted to be able to walk everywhere. This was perfect. Super clean and comfortable and walkable to everywhere. It made for a great trip. Thank you!

The best! The location was amazing, the entire home was comfortable and spotless. They thought of everything! We wish we stayed an extra day to sleep in and enjoy the comfort of the home. Next trip we will definitely have a house day!

It was clean and well stocked with all the essentials. The only negative thing to say is the the mattresses were firm and not very comfortable.

We were a group of 10 in town for the weekend. This place was perfect for us. Walking distance to everything. Comfy beds and plenty of room to shower and get ready. We ate out the whole time so can’t comment on the kitchen. We would definitely come back!

We had an excellent stay at the Record Room celebrating a 50th birthday party! Accommodations were perfect. Bedding was soft and cozy! Vanity lights were amazing for makeup and hair! Kitchen was well stocked with dishware and utensils. It also had great lighting. Great water pressure in the showers! The hosts were super attentive if we had questions! Can't wait to stay again! Thank you!

We celebrated a 50th birthday with 11 ladies and this was the perfect spot for us! Walking distance to everything, 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths. Full kitchen and living room. We fit very comfortably and the place was fantastic!! Highly recommend!

Great location, everything walkable. Spacious, comfortable rooms. Everyone we ran into in the building was very friendly and helpful. The property manager is great! He immediately responded and helped with anything i contacted him about. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved staying here! It was perfect for our crew of 8 adults. Close enough to the action to walk everywhere but not so close that we couldnt sleep at night. Host was responsive, we found the property easily and it was well stocked. No complaints at all!

The entire rental was extremely clean!All the essentials were well stocked, such as paper towels, coffee and creamer options, toilet paper, detergent pods. We found the location perfect for all our needs-you could walk everywhere. The corner grocery store was also convenient. We have already recommended The Record Room to friends!

I would highly recommend the Record Room. Cool vibe- great location! Loved the brick walls and makeup area. Beds were super comfortable too. Steps from bars and restaurants. Would rent again for sure.

We had a group of 10 and this place was the perfect size! Beds are super comfortable, probably the best I’ve ever slept on during vacation. Very clean. Easy walk down to Broadway. We would definitely stay again.

Great location. living room furniture not that comfortable. Something not right with the thermostats as the unit was way too cold and could not get AC to shut off. Which was better than being too hot :)

This place was great! Very conveniently located to down town, the location was perfect. It was very clean and the bed probably had the most comfortable comforter that I have ever encountered in my life. The decor was cute, and the records for the record player were a perfect match. I highly recommend a stay here.

As a family we have been to Nashvulle three times. It was my dad's wish to stay close to downtown. We loved the place and location. It was so fun to people watch out those big windows! We were all in one location. It was comfortable and we had plenty of space.

The unit is very small, pictures are deceptive. The living area is way too small and the seating could be more comfortable. Kitchen is good sized and well stocked. The street noise is pretty bad.

This property was truly amazing and fit the needs of 3 couples and 4 young adults. Very spacious and for one person in a wheelchair, extremely easy to maneuver around with no problems. Would recommend this unit for anyone that needs a handicapped accessible place. Within walking distance of amazing restaurants and shops. Close to the action on Broadway.

We were celebrating our daughter's 21st birthday. The Record Room was great. The property was very clean and the location was perfect. We would definitely look to stay their again on our next trip to Nashville.

This is my second visit to this incredibly wonderful condo while visiting Nashville, and I’ll be back again! We stayed in The Record Room this time; last year we stayed in The Honky Tonk in the same building. It is in a PERFECT location! So close to Broadway and all of that fun! The host is extremely nice! The home had everything to get you started for a convenient stay! The beds were comfortable, sheets were soft, bath & kitchen were super nice, AND the ice maker never ran out of ice!! When you are searching for the perfect place for your group to have a blast in Nashville, THIS IS THE PLACE! Hands Down!!

The property was everything we hoped it would be. The location was fantastic. All of Nashville's downtown activities were easily accessible by walking including Nissan Stadium. The unit was large enough for the 7 of us with space for more if needed. It was clean and the check in process was easier than checking into a hotel. I did not have to reach out to the property owner for any issues but they were in touch often to make sure everything was going well. When we return to Nashville, I would definately stay at the Record Room again. Thanks for your contribution in making our trip to Nashville an excellent one!

We thought this was the perfect location, loved having 3 bathrooms with showers, and the beds were very comfortable!
