The home also includes 2 additional bathrooms: a half bath on the first floor and a full guest bath on the second floor with single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Southern Utah is a popular destination for year-round recreation and its major parks including Zion National Park, Snow Canyon State Park, and Red Cliffs National Conservation Area.
