This well-equipped studio unit is located in the core of Panorama Mountain Resort. Located just steps from the Great Hall, Mile 1 Express chairlift, and very close to pools and other year-round amenities. Perfectly suited for a small family or a couple, this unit has lots of charm and space. The thoughtful touches will have you feeling right at home, all while knowing you are surrounded by the beautiful mountains.

LIVING ROOM
The living room features a gas fireplace that effortlessly heats the space in the winter. The big-screen TV has basic cable and an Amazon Firestick to log into Netflix or any other streaming service you wish to use. The couch is a new queen sleeper, with all linens required.


BEDROOM/STUDIO
Designed for comfort. Every detail - from comfy room darkening shades to high-quality linens - has been curated to ensure our guests enjoy a peaceful and comfortable sleep.

KITCHEN
This is a fully stocked kitchen, with everything you need to cook even the largest of meals!

LAUNDRY
There is a coin laundry located on the ground floor for $3 per load. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are supplied.


PARKING
You will have access to the underground parkade during your stay. Spots are first-come-first-serve.


CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.


CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

Guests will need to stop at Central Check-In when first entering Panorama to access the unit.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.


This unit is in a prime location, offering shopping, village dining and the Mile 1 Express within steps of the door. Here you`ll be in the centre of everything going on. Whether you`re looking to ski, mountain bike, cross-country ski, or just kick back in the hot pools, Panorama has everything you need to live out your mountain fantasy.


PANORAMA-INVERMERE TRANSPORTATION
The shuttle to Invermere runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Ski Tip Lodge in the upper village. The first shuttle is at 9:47 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:21 PM

    Very good communication from the hosts, overall a tidy and well kept unit. Great location. Only complaint is the unit was just not quite as clean as we hoped and would have been nice to have a couple tissue boxes in the unit.

    Bed was really comfortable. Place was clean. Couldn’t get the coffee pot to work even after watching the video, perhaps the owner could get a new one. Shower squealed the whole time I was showering perhaps someone could have a look at that. Nice get away and very peaceful and quiet. Linda

    My daughter and I stayed for 4 nights. We were a little confused getting up to the unit and getting parked, but we figured it out with a little help from someone else that was staying on the property. It was unclear that the underground parking garage was in the adjacent building but connected underground (and only one of our key cards worked, and of course we grabbed the one that didn't work.). Once we had it figured out the rest of the stay was a breeze. Great location, we rode the mountain coaster, took the chairlift up and hiked down, walked the valley trails, had supper at the golf course and the t-bar grill, ate lots of ice cream and made good use of the pools! Loved all the information that was provided in the portal, everything was EXACTLY as described as far as what was provided within the unit and how to work everything. My only suggestions would be - at least one more icecube tray. We had a hard time keeping up our ice supply for water bottles etc. and it was great that there were some icepacks that we weren't expecting but we made use of them in our packed lunches while hiking. The only other thing we missed would be some ziplock baggies and/or food containers. We had lunches but didn't have anything to put our sandwiches, muffins, crackers and cheese into. Will be something I remember to check for or bring with me in the future. We are already hoping to come back next summer, I'm going to start training so I can do the Summit Hike! Thank you!

    The property is as described. It was a pleasure to stay there. The condo, I believe is more suited to a couple, or couple with a small family.

    We found SkiTip 308 cozy, clean and close to everything at the hill. Parking was easy to access. We had some difficulty with receiving check-in info from VRBO but our host Jerod was quick to send us the link so all was good. Thank you very much, Trish.
