Recently during a trip to La Paz my family had the fortune to stay in two of Marlene's Puerta Cortes properties. Both of the condos were amazing and exceeded our expectations. We felt spoiled by the views and luxury of our accommodations. The Puerta Cortes Resort area is very secure and filled with amenities so that no one in our group wanted to leave. Stayed Dec 27, 2024This place was truly a gem. From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel incredibly welcome and was exceptionally communicative and accommodating. She was so kind and flexible, working around our check-in and check-out times, which made our stay even more stress-free.The location couldn’t have been better—centrally located in the Marina, it made getting to some of the best restaurants in the area a breeze. We enjoyed dining out every night, knowing we were just minutes away from top spots.One of the highlights of our stay was the club pool. It was simply amazing—serene, with excellent poolside service, and the peacefulness of being at a private, members-only venue made it feel extra special.To top it off, we arrived to find a thoughtful complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us, a perfect touch to begin our stay. All in all, it was a peaceful, tranquil experience that we won’t forget. Highly recommend!

Stayed Feb 20, 2023Great location with really good restaurants underneath. Beach club was nice. Condo was perfect for two people and clean. Could use a little TLC and updating but nothing too major. Marlene was excellent to deal with and very quick to respond. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed Feb 1, 2023We enjoyed our stay here. The unit is even better in person, with spacious open living area and nice view of inner marina. Good restaurants and coffee shops located in marina within steps of unit. The spa at the resort was excellent and the two pools are wonderful. The host was responsive to our questions. We will definitely try this again on our next visit.

Stayed Jun 1, 2022I've stayed in several other condos in the complex during the many trips I've made down here and this one was my favorite. It is very tastefully decorated by someone who knows how to make things look nice. I really appreciate when an owner puts effort into taking their place beyond functional and considers the value of aesthetics. For location, price, amenities, and decor, you can't beat it!

Stayed Jun 25, 2021Awesome location, great space for 4 adults with the added air mattress. The back door is literally the marina and a hop and skip away from the resort pool, beach, gym, amenities. Suggestions list provided by owner was also a great plus, loved it all. Can’t wait to return.

Stayed Jun 19, 2021I really enjoyed staying in this condo located in the marina. It was nice to have everything within a few steps! I gave this unit 4 stars instead of 5 because the Wifi was inconsistent and very slow. So if that's important to you beware when it works, it only works in the living room and not in the bedroom. My only other complaint is they tried to get me out an hour early so they could prepare for the next guests. I found that to be a little off-putting. Otherwise, it's a great condo in a perfect location.

Stayed Feb 18, 2020Marlene’s Condo is perfectly located ,overlooking the Marina. Only steps away from the Beach ,Pool and Restaurants.Marlene and here management Staff are very responsive, should there be any questions.We are looking forward to our next vacation at Costa Baja Resort.

Stayed Oct 18, 2018Always a pleasure to continually stay here year after year. You can't go wrong with the Beach Club, Golf Course, Marina, and renown restaurants within walking distance.
