Did not like that Keyless entry stays lock untill 4pm

This is our 4th or 5th time in this particular condo. It’s great! The host is always helpful and makes the entire process nice and ez. I would highly recommend!!

The home was excellent!! It was very clean and well maintained. Loved all the extras like the DVDs and books. It’s in a great location to get to Universal parks as well as other places around Orlando. We are already planning our next stay.

We had a great stay here. It's a cozy place with great access to everything in the area. Easy in and out and plenty of good parking. Every amenity was there for us including coffee and a gift basket with wine and snacks. We were in town for an event at the conference center and this worked perfectly for us. If we have another show in Orlando I would definitely try to stay here again.

Property was in immaculate condition. Great service from beginning to end from the host as well. We will definitely be looking to stay here again on future trips.

The condo was everything it advertised. Excellent property, family had a great time at pool. They also accommodated our last minute late check out.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We were welcomed with a goodie basket and drinks in the frig. It was clean, spacious, ample parking, and centrally located to everything. Highly recommend. If travel brings us back to this area, we would stay here again.

Clean property. Great location. Minor hiccup on check in when PIN code to unit didn’t work but quickly rectified over the phone.

We had no issues at all with this condo. It has a higher end feel compared to other condos I stayed at. The little extras (welcome basket, a couple drinks in the fridge, extra garbage bags, etc) were appreciated!

This was our 2nd time renting this unit. Came in town to work at the OCCC for a few days. The location of this unit makes it ez to get there and all other shopping you may need.

Place was exactly what we were looking for. I would book here again

The suite was fully equipped with all the little comforts of hone, beautifully decorated and well stocked. Beach towels high quality, pool was fantastic. Close to dining, parks so easy to take uber to universal parks. Beds were extremely comfortable. Would never book elsewhere again

I am 100% satisfied with my stay in this unit. It is extremely close to OCCC which is why i choose it. The condo was extremely clean and bigger than the pictures make it appear. The host had all the check in info to me timely and was very accomodating. I will be happy to stay in this unit again.

Condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Communication with the property management was excellent. They are responsive and very nice. This was our 3rd stay at Vista Cay but first with an ITZ property, and we will definitely be choosing ITZ for our next stay.
