Apartment was great...host was very responsive.

Wonderful 2 story apartment with great game room! Perfect for a big group or family. FYI, It is on 4th floor (no elevator) but stairs are inside, clean and safe. Great location in OTR around the corner from Kroger and coffee emporium and few blocks from sugar n spice diner and good fellows pizza! We went on a weekend so some active street noise we could hear from master bedroom but upstairs bedrooms say they didn’t hear anything. I would highly recommend the Penthouse! Very clean! So much room with great common spaces and great communication with owner! Thank you for letting us stay!

Wonderful place to stay in a really neat area of Cincinnati! We stayed there for a girls weekend and there was plenty of room for everyone and we all enjoyed the rooftop deck. I’d definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Dan was very easy to communicate with and provided timely responses. The house was very spacious and clean. The rooftop was our favorite part of the stay. I would definitely stay there again if the opportunity arises.

The condo was very clean, everything was as listed and the rooftop was amazing! Great place to enjoy Cincy, this condo is in the heart of downtown with close restaurants/bars.

Property was wonderful! Fantastic location, beautiful view from the rooftop patio. Game table was not working so kids were a bit disappointed

We really enjoyed our stay at The Penthouse. It was comfortable and clean. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars overall is because it’s on the 4th floor with no elevator. Fortunately the young teens could carry up all of our bags! We all loved the evenings on the Penthouse Rooftop. Being one block off of Main Street, we felt safe.

Great communication with host Dan! Very comfortable beds and penthouse view. Really would have loved an elevator for our senior friend as stairs are very hard for her. Other than that it was a wonderful experience and place to stay!

Amazing place. Walkable to most anything and everything. The rooftop was awesome and just felt like you part of the city the whole time. Loved the game room and tvs all around. Clean roomy and everything it advertised and better. Owner was super responsive

The place was easy to find, very clean and comfortable. The beds were great and there was plenty of room for a group. We would definitely stay again.

I rented this property for my son’s 10th birthday, as he requested to go to a Reds game. There were 5 kids(7-12yrs) and 4 adults. We only stayed one night, but everyone wished we could have stayed longer. The property was VERY spacious and clean. The kids loved the shuffleboard and video/arcade games. We would have liked to utilize the rooftop patio(ran out of time). The 15-20 minute walk to Great American Ballpark was easy and straight away. It wasn’t an issue for us, but there are 4 flights of stairs to get to this unit/property/penthouse, so be aware of what you want to take inside and the abilities of your group. We would definitely rent this property again.

Place was great! Location was great! Our entire crew from back in the day met up and had a great time. Actually the first night we didnt even go out. Instead, we got carryout from Gomez Salsa and drinks from Kroger and enjoyed the rooftop and game room. Couldnt have asked for a better stay. Thank you again for your hospitality!
