Come and enjoy spectacular views from this waterfront 5-bedroom penthouse situated directly on Madeira Beach. Situated in an ideal location, the penthouse is directly on Madeira Beach and is right across the street from the World Famous John's Pass Village and Boardwalk which features waterfront restaurants, lots of shops a large tiki bar, a brewery, dolphin watching, jet ski and boat rentals, plenty of shopping, sweet shops, and animal encounters. This unit is on the 5th floor making it a penthouse with expansive views. The condo has around 2800 square feet of space with a huge 50-foot balcony with unbelievable Gulf of Mexico views. The beach is like walking on powdered sugar. The heated pool and BBQ area are spectacular. Relax and just unwind, you will have the best vacation with memories that will last a lifetime.

There are plenty of activities to do in the area such as miniature golf at Smuggler's Cove, pedal and electric bike rentals, paddle boards, jet skis, parasailing, and boat cruises including dolphin and fishing tours and sunset cruises. You can even rent a floating tiki bar to take out on the water and they are all within walking distance.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, cookware, serveware, bakeware, a Keurig coffee maker, a ground coffee maker, a crockpot, a blender, a mixer, and a toaster. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.

Dining Area: Has two dining tables that seat twelve guests.

Living Room: The living room has plenty of sofas and seating, a TV, two large sliding glass doors overlooking the beach, and 2 sleeper sofas!

Bedroom #1: The first master bedroom is on the right side of the unit closest to the balcony. It has a King-sized bed, walk-in closet, smart TV, ceiling fan, an en-suite bathroom, and balcony access with Gulf and beach views.

Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Has a tub/shower combination as well as a separate area with a vanity sink, hairdryer, and floor-length mirror for getting ready.

Bedroom #2: The second master bedroom is on the left side of the condo closest to the balcony. It has a King-sized bed, walk-in closet, smart TV, ceiling fan, door connecting to the ½ bathroom, and balcony access with Gulf and beach views.

Bathroom #2 & ½ Bath (En-suite): This is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, toilet, and vanity sink. The pocket door connects to the half bathroom, which has a second toilet and vanity sink.

Bedroom #3: King-sized bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, beach and Gulf of Mexico views.

Bathroom #3: Has a walk-in shower, vanity sink, and hairdryer.

Bedroom #4: King-sized bed, smart TV, and ceiling fan.

Bedroom #5: Bunk bed with a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top, and a ceiling fan.

Balcony: 50 feet of balcony space with sliding doors at the back of the unit and directly facing the Gulf of Mexico. There are beach loungers and chairs on the balcony.

Laundry: Full-size washer and dryer in the unit.

Outdoor Amenities: Heated communal pool with sun loungers and shared grills.

*The main parking space is right at the elevator that comes up to the 5th floor and drops you right at your front door. We did say it is the Penthouse!

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Parking: This unit provides 2 reserved parking spaces. Guest parking is first come first serve.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Busch Gardens, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, the Pier at St. Petersburg, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.

    This condo was lovely, spacious, and a fantastic way to gather our family for July 4th. Everything was clean and welcoming. There is plenty of comfortable seating space for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking and serving gear, and there is a closet full of beach gear (chairs, toys, and even a wagon) to make your time in the sun more relaxing. There's also a great balcony so you can relax and listen to the surf (or watch fireworks). The building itself is nicely maintained (with one exception, see below), and the beach is wide with plenty of space for tents and towels. It was fun to watch boats going in and out of John's Pass nearby. If you have a large family group, this place is a fantastic choice.We had one minor hiccup (on the building maintenance side): the elevator nearest our end of the building is out of service, so there was a longer walk (and often a wait) for the other elevator. Not a huge inconvenience, but if you have family members with mobility issues (as we do), a little challenging. This inconvenience may be a leftover from Hurricanes Helene and Milton, though. (My husband took the stairs a few times and said the stairway was clean and nicely kept, so it you want to get your step count up, that's an option!)

    The condo unit was as advertised. The pictures and description shows the great view from the 5th floor unit.Location was perfect for restaurants, shopping and a fun cigar sports bar just across Gulf Blvd. The best part was the sunsets-almost like a movie seen!

    It's was confusing when we check-out what was on the refrigerator and in the book were totally different then the email I was sent. They said we had to vacuum the floor & strip the beds on the one thing. The beds were hard. We had amazing stay other than that. There was room for everybody and it was fully stock kitchen. The deck was awesome and it was close to everything.

    Wonderful location! We will definitely try to stay here again if we come back to Madeira Beach! Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Plenty of couches and seating for everyone to enjoy a movie at night! What a nice surprise to find the kitchen table with snacks after our 4 hour delayed flight!! The condo complex was secure, clean and comfortable. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo!

    My only complaint was that I booked this room partially for the convenience to the elevator because my father-in-law was supposed to be going. With him on oxygen, it would have been great for him. Because of his health, he decided not to go at the last minute. So thankfully the elevator being under repair wasn't that big of an issue for us. other than that, the room was excellent! A couple in my family complained their mattress was too hard, but that is personal preference. You can't please everyone. Overall, we had an awesome time! Thank you for your hospitality!

    We spent Thanksgiving week at this condo. It is exactly like pictured. The location can’t be beat. It is on the beach and across the street from John’s Pass stores and restaurants. The heated pool was enjoyable and there was plenty of beach equipment available. The management company was very helpful with any questions/problems . I would definitely stay here again .

    Our family met at Madeira Beach for a week's vacation. Everyone loved the views from the balcony, the easy access to the beach and the location. The condo perfectly accommodated my husband and myself, our 2 adult children and their spouses, and our 4 grandchildren. The bedrooms on the 4 corners of the condo made it easy for the adults to sleep without being disturbed by the children or others. The 5th bedroom with the bunkbeds was very popular with the children. There was plenty of room for us to eat together and space for the children to play during the heat of the day. We absolutely loved watching the sunset every night. It was magical. There was a discrepancy in the check-in procedure that a neighbor in the building rectified. I contacted the management company and hopefully that was corrected for subsequent guests.

    The property was well maintained and just as pictured. The location and view were unbeatable. We were traveling with a large group of family and friends and we were all accommodated nicely. I would highly recommend this rental and will definitely stay here again.

    Great property in a great location! Was large enough for the entire family to enjoy. The extra fridge and all the beach accessories were huge perks! The beach was quiet and not overcrowded. The only slight inconvenience was a lack of bath towels but overall we had a great stay!

    Great location, beautiful views. Penthouse was plenty large for a big family. There were only 3 full sized beach chairs, not nearly enough for us number of people staying there. A big negative was there was roof work going on the entire week. Jack hammering and pounding from 8:30-4:30 ever day. Really put a damper on our relaxation and enjoyment.
