THE PENTHOUSE at Ledges Point! 6 King Bedrooms! Incredible Main Channel View!

I'm so glad we found this place. It looks even better in person. We took our kids and their families for easter weekend. The view of the lake thru the massive windows was awesome. Beds were so comfortable. Plenty of bedrooms for everyone. Two bedrooms walk out onto the large deck that spans the width of the condo. Very clean. Property manager answered my text right away when we couldnt figure out the remote. The only negative was going up 4 sets of stairs with an ice chest.

Kitchen had lots of Ants !! Thought the condo would have an Elevator but no four flights of stairs. 2 of our guys are handicapped and it was difficult but we survived

Stay was awful. Place had potential to be okay however, the condo was filthy dirty (see pics). Spiders everywhere (see pics of spider nests on ceiling), disgusting bath and shower (balls of hair in one shower), ceiling fans covered with dust, dirt, and cobwebs. The deck looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for months, grill was so disgusting it was unusable. Contacted host about cleaning deck, was told they don’t that! Guests would wake up in the morning with bug and spider bites. We had four young children with us, one of which looked as though he had chicken pox because of spider bites. Will never stay here again. Owner should reimburse us for a miserable stay.

The place was nice and view was gorgeous! The only thing was the spiders were awful outside on the deck. We bough 2cans of bug spray and finally this morning it wasn’t too bad.

Large condo for several people with a beautiful view of the lake

We had a family get together. There were 11 of us and this condo worked great for our family. It took care of all of our needs. The pool was great and the children loved being there. The kitchen had everything we needed. It is centrally located and close to lots of family attractions. Our host, Jason, was great and very responsive.

The view was amazing!! The condo slept 14 of us comfortably. The kitchen had adequate cooking utensils, pots and pans, and coffee pots. The beds were very comfortable. The deck had a lot of space.I wish the condo had more than 2 parking passes. The walk from the tier 3 parking is a LONG walk. It would have been nice if the awnings would have worked. The kitchen is a little small. The grill looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. We had to scrub it before being able to use it. Overall our stay was great! I would book this condo again.

We stayed with our kids and grandkids 7 adults 7 kids 6-16 and the accommodations were perfect. The beds were so comfortable and the views were spectacular! We love to book again next year!

Traveling with family and friends for a winter getaway! Perfect location, spacious, clean and comfortable! Open space for gathering and games with the most lovely view of the lake! Highly recommend!

All the water in all the upstairs showers very hard to regulate between extreme hot water temperatures and cold. A lot of cobwebs in the high ceilings in living room inside and back deck was covered with them. The grill was unusable. We were hoping to grill out on it but it needed cleaned. It was confusing because it listed 7 King size bedrooms but In actually it was only 6. The positives for our group the beds & the bedding in all the rooms were very comfortable and very nice. The decor & everything was nice. The view is amazing from the deck. Beautiful view. The bathrooms were nice just the temperature issues. The TV in all the bedrooms were new and very large The only downside with the great room TV could have been a little bigger.

We loved the home. The space was wonderful for multiple families with younger kids.

We have been coming to LOTO for years now, and this was the nicest spot that could fit us all perfectly. Jason was great to deal with, and everything was perfect. By far some of the best views, and sunsets.

This property is a great place for a large group and has a fabulous view of the main channel. I did not give it 5 stars because of several small things that detracted from our overall experience. The tv in the main room was frozen on the start up screen upon arrival so we were unable to watch any tv while gathered in the main room for our 4 day/night stay. The collection of pots and pans was really subpar. There were no large skillets at all and in a property that sleeps 14 that’s a fairly big deal. The shower head in the master bedroom fell off the first day. The property has a washer and dryer but there was no laundry detergent - first time I’ve encountered that. It was a great place for our large family to enjoy the lake and surrounding area, but the numerous issues left us somewhat disappointed given the price we paid.
