The Pearl of Navarre #506 - Gulf Front Condo!

This 3 bed 3 bath unit was outstanding. Gorgeous views in front and back of unit. Very beautifully decorated and comfortable furniture. Mattresses and pillows were also comfortable. The description says no hair dryer, but there were actually 2 in the master bath. Also says just coffee maker, but there was one with filter and a Keurig. Very nice washer and dryer. Plenty of deck furniture. There isn't a lounge chair like in the picture though. Has 2 large pools and a hot tub. One fantastic touch, was under the living room tv in the cabinet there were games, movies, books and puzzles. Such a nice added touch in case it's raining or evenings. Also included were 2 beach chairs. Just know though that if you want an umbrella, they rent them on the beach but they are 48.15 per day. We went down at 2:00 and still were going to charge the same amount even though he picks them up at 5;00. That's a very expensive addition to your vacation if you plan on being at the beach every day. Some units in the building included the chairs and umbrella which would be very nice. The girl next to us said that hers was included in the nightly rate. But, as mentioned above, 2 beach chairs are included so you could always run to WalMart and get you one which would probably be much cheaper. If you plan on cooking, the kitchen was well stocked. Can't think of one thing it didn't have. The back of the unit has a gorgeous view of the Santa Rosa Sound and sunset. I would defintely recommend unit!

The condo was absolutely beautiful as well as the beach. Didn’t have the best weather but we made the best of it.

Difficult to get simple questions answered Ex I reached out about coffee pot, was it kurig style or regular carafe? answer was yes that is difficult to prepare for…there were questions about near by to-do? No answer

Beautiful accommodations for Grandma, daughters and granddaughters. Wonderful experience for all after college graduation. Beds were comfortable, kitchen fully equipped and easy access to and from. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the beach.
