The Peaceful Green - A Relaxing St. Augustine Getaway

Very clean, safe and grocery shop nearby. Nice morning walk garden ! Stayed 6 nights. Dish wash sponge and one extra toilet paper roll would have made the stay perfect. it was very pleasant and helpful host. Thanks!

Jordann our Host was great as always and responds quickly with any concerns or questions we may have. This is the 2nd time we stayed at Jordann’s place and it’s always nice and clean. Only issue is we wish the bed had new matress as too hard for us, but we did use a foam topper this time so all ok.

Great communication from host , quick response to any questions I had. Excellent location , very nice quiet area. Gorgeous Pool / hot tub area . Very nice to have a full kitchen , full-size refrigerator, stove and dishwasher in a studio unit. Plenty of pots / pans/ dishes/ silverware

No issues with the host or property. However, we did find the bed to be too hard and new sofa and chair would be nice.

Perfect for us. Close to family and all shopping. Host responded immediately to messages.

Room was perfect for what we needed. The only other thing I wished it had was a bigger balcony. I like to have a glass of wine look over the beauty of the property. We made do and found a nice table close to a little pond. Very nice stay.

The host of this property kept in great contact and kept us informed of how we needed to proceed with every situation we had to get thru the gate and into the condo. Very nice people.

Beautiful location and a beautiful studio! Great communication from the host Jordann. Was unable to take the time to enjoy the amenities on site, but definitely plan on staying again in the future to do so.

We were in town for a retirement celebration. Very easy to get around and communication with the host was awesome.

The property is listed as a kitchen, dining, bedroom along with nature trails on the property and three pools. It also lists as sleeping four (sleeper couch). This is a STUDIO with two bar chairs at a high counter. The pool on the property is ice cold. If you want the heated pool (and fitness center), you have to get in your car and drive to the other side of the subdivision. This is not in the binder that is available for your review. There are NO nature trails unless you consider the sidewalks meandering through the subdivision along the road on one side and trees on the other (partial areas only). While staying, we encountered little black bugs in the kitchen and bathroom. I took pictures and videos as proof in case there are questions as to the validity of this statement and review.
