Quite area with a beautiful view. Property owner communicated with us very well. Perfect place for our weekend getaway.

Well located, clean and pleasant. Coffee maker did not work and pullout bed was uncomfortable for a full size man. Overall, would go again if there were just two of us

If you have the opportunity to spend some time at one of Jeff's properties, you will be amazed at how nice they are! The well equipped kitchen has everything you need to make yourself a simple cup of coffee or a full meal for friends. The bathrooms are spacious, clean and the water pressure is great. The bedrooms are exactly that, a room with a bed, but they have all the room you need. Each place has a living space that affords you some room to relax and unwind.In the Spring, Summer and Fall you can park yourself on the outdoor furniture and enjoy the beautiful Michigan weather and if your lucky enough to have a room overlooking the lake, it's just perfect! Each place we've stayed at has a different layout, furnishings and decor, all of which are interesting to say the least. The properties come with instructions for the heat & air conditioning as well as the TV and other necessities, everything is spelled out and easy to understand.Saving the best for last there's Jeff himself. You couldn't find a better property owner if you tried, Jeff is simply Great. He's fair, accommodating, honest, friendly and easy to get a hold of when you need him. If you need a nice place to rent, we rented many times from Jeff in the last 4 years that our daughter's been at Interlochen Arts Academy, just rent from Jeff!Be Well, -Rob

We loved this place. The little lake is so nice out back. My son caught a million frogs and tadpoles. It is right by a major road, but that wasn't so bad. I'm a very light sleeper and slept just fine. The bed is definitely firm, so hopefully you like firm! We plan to stay again next year. We didn't have to get in touch with the host, but I'm confident he would have been responsive. :)

We needed a place to sleep for an out-of-town wedding. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet with ample parking.We loved the location, the view, the property in general. We wished we'd had more time to enjoy the place.Jeff communicated everything clearly and was always prompt and courteous in his reponses.We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful place. Very clean, well furnished, great views of the pond. The location was perfectly placed to visit many places in the area without being caught up in the hustle and bustle of the city. We would very much like to stay here again and recommend it to others for consideration.

Very clean, pull out couch is not so comfortable as a bed. I was very pleased overall.

Everything was just as listed. The back deck is really nice and we had a good time watching storms come in. Very impressed with the blinds built into the door/windows. Also the outdoor spaces were free of any pests and/or webs so that was really nice. Communication with the property owner was easy and seamless. Would come again and would recommend!

Very happy with the space. Centralized location Clean and well put together decor. Would definitely recommend if traveling around the area and need a place to stay the night.

My husband is building a home in the nearby town of Grawn. He had the option to stay for free with his entire crew at the builders home. He likes his down time do I found this place and booked the week! My husband loved it! It was the perfect size for him and fit all his needs! He was able to cook and do all his laundry-which I really appreciated him not bringing me home a suitcase full of dirty clothes! He is back again this week and we will probably book one more week after-total of 4 weeks!Jeff was quick to communicate and he refunded the cleaning fee when I added additional days-so I only had one cleaning fee!Great location. Clean. Pics are exactly what you get!
