The Osprey, The Breakers, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL

Host was attentive and responsive - Kendra even made a personal visit to help with Wifi Issues! While location was lovely and the home was clean and its layout suit our needs, it was a bit long in the tooth and dated. Beds seemed very old (one twin sloped to the side; master bed was concave and saggy).

WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS PLACE. Condo was very clean. Host was amazing at communicating and availability. Layout was perfect with the master bedroom being completely separate from the other two bedrooms (each with its own bathroom). Beach view was nothing short of spectacular and the deck furniture was comfortable. Balcony was perfect ‘outside’ addition. Even had a charcoal grill. Laundry facilities made things so easy but plenty of towels provided. Would have preferred more kitchen utensils (grill brush/spatula, sharp prep knives, platters, cooking trays for large family prep., but managed with what was available. Plenty of utensils, plates, glasses, etc. filter or pod coffee options available. What is not to love: WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE PLACE!

Owner is unresponsive and will fine you for the smallest infraction. Also, railing is not up to code. Unsafe for children

Fabulous location and very spacious! We had a minor issue with the AC, and Kendra was very prompt to address it. Will definitely use this rental again.

Beautiful setting Great location Needs a little updating but with kids it was fine. Kendra is an excellent property manager. Very helpful snd good communicator.

Beautiful condo! Large enough that we were not on top of each other.Set up was wonderful for three families. Every family had their own restroom!The access from the porch to the beach was great. Helped keep the sand out of the house.One of our best vacations. Hope to rent again for next family vaca.Diane G 2025

With 2 babies someone often stayed in the condo to babysit- the beautiful view and accommodation made that just as much fun as the beach!

Loved staying here. It was perfect for our family visit. Private, spacious, well equipped with everything we needed. We hope to stay here again! It would be my first choice!

On the beach easy drives to nice restaurants, 10 minute drive to Sawgrass. Loved it!

We enjoy Osprey with our family. Our four year old grandson could not get enough of the beach! Kendra is the perfect host! We'll be back!

The Osprey was a wonderful get away! It was exactly as pictured online. Being “seniors”& not tech savvy our host came right over to tutor us! All of the beds were very comfortable & the kitchen was equipped with everything that you need. Perfect weather & beautiful sunrises!

Great accommodations and beach.

Enjoyed our stay! Kendra was very helpful regarding check in procedures. We were very comfortable with everything. Great ocean views right off the balcony. Super upscale neighborhood in Ponte Vedra Beach.

Perfect place to stay with family (or friends). The apartment is spacious, impeccably clean, and has anything you'd need during your stay, from beach towels to an iron to laundry detergent...! The beach access couldn't be any more convenient, and the views of the ocean are endless. The host was wonderful to coordinate with, and she went above and beyond to have our rented crib ready and waiting for us in the bedroom when we arrived. Will definitely stay here again!

Great condo, fast and easy back and forth from beach to house to town!

Perfect beach front condo

Super location on PVB. Direct access to beach, easy parking, grocery and other shopping very close by. The interior of the VRBO is very dated and dingy and in need of updating/paint, etc, not a beach feeling. Most of the mattresses are lumpy and need replacement which made for uncomfortable nights for some in our group. Adequate supplies for the kitchen. Lots of towels and umbrellas which we appreciated.
