Positioned perfectly in the historic district, this unit is a stone's throw away to some of the best restaurants in town and less than a 5 minute walk to River Street! The Space:
We offer a completely furnished kitchen ready for those who choose to dine in. Coffee and tea is provided to make your mornings easy : ) There is a washer/dryer in the closet available for your use and we also have a trundle bed in the second bedroom for those of you with kids or an extra roommate!

There are elevators available for you on the main level, we are on level 3.

The Neighborhood:
We are two blocks from Chippewa Square, 5 blocks from City Market and just a hop, skip and a jump from some of the best restaurants in town like Husk, Collins Quarter, Hitch, The Olde Pink House and DOZENS of others!

Getting Around:
You can walk to ANYTHING downtown from this location. Whether you wish to go on a run to Forsyth Park, do some shopping on Broughton, or just some walking on River Street, you are within a 5 minute walk to everything!

    The Host, Chase and Brandon, were fabulous and their instructions for the stay perfect.Their place is beautiful and in the heart of everything. We had such a wonderful time walking about Savannah.

    Shops where nearby, kitchen had all necessary. Elevator was horrible, paint chipped off and made loud noises while in use

    The condo was as listed. It was clean and in good condition. The only issue we had was the street noise. If you’re a light sleeper, this may be a problem.

    centrally located to everything. Property was very clean. You do get some street noise but it’s not too bad. Just an FYI to the property manager: one of the bedroom sinks drains poorly, the front door is difficult to open and close, and the light flickers in the kitchen

    The condo was exactly as posted and pictured. Very clean and cared for. The building halls need a refresh.The location was great and allowed us to walk to all parts of Savannah. We were able to park our cars 2 blocks from the property. I recommend downloading the Park Savannah app ahead of time. We had 2 couples and enjoyed having our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The street noise did wake us at night, but I could see this as an issue at most rentals along Oglethorpe Avenue.

    The condo was clean, beautiful and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was absolutely perfect. The owners were quick to respond and a pleasure to deal with. The beds were the best. The showers were wonderful. The only drawback was the street noise on weekends. Not a big deal. Overall, we could not have asked for a more perfect place.

    This property was as described. Clean, efficient and perfect location in the Historic district - walking distance to everything - Museums, Restaurants, River, Trolly Tours. The Two Bedroom/ Two Bathroom layout was excellent, everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.
