Great location, great communication, super condo, will definitely be repeat renters!

Overall, we had a pretty good stay. The beach was stunning, the pool was great, location was perfect.

The property is like a resort, there is something for everyone to do. It is large, parking deck is crowded. The unit was clean, enough beds for everyone. The chairs around both tables and coffee table were rickety and one chair was broken. Kitchen has all necessities but could have better quality of items. Overall I would recommend.

The property is nice and fairly well kept. The condo on the other hand was surface clean at best. Floor was filty, feet would turn black when bare foot. Dried up food on the couches and dining room table. The floor to ceiling windows are amazing but filthy! We contacted the property management. Cleaning lady returned and actually made the windows worse, but did clean the food off of the tables and couches. Dust on everything, private parts of the human body drawn in the dust on shelves. Broken living room table, towel bars, leaking faucets, broken trim on the oven. Table was fixed. We lived with everything else.Condo was very spacious and the balcony is amazing. With a deep clean and a coat of paint this condo would be perfect.One thing not mentioned in any of the reviews is the lack of anything in the condo, not a single salt or pepper shaker, not one bucket or sand toy anywhere. Not that its needed but it is the first of many condos rented that didn't have ANYTHING extra. Not even a broom to sweep up sand that naturally acquires over a weeks time at the beach. Over all its a nice complex, pools are nice, beach access was good. Elevators can be a pain but weren't to bad. Condo is large and the beds and furniture are comfortable. Balcony has nice furniture. Again, paint and a deep clean would make this place a solid 9. I give it a low 7 during our stay.

The condo was beautiful and we had everything we needed. Wonderful views, great pool area for kids and we also enjoyed the adult only pool. It was very clean and when we had an issue, it was addressed quickly and professionally. Highly recommend!

Condo was beautiful and spacious. Had all things we needed for cooking and eating, as well as extra blankets and pillows. LOTS of room. View from balcony was exceptional. Only thing that I was disappointed about was that the pictures of the condo showed a large sectional in the living area and it was not there. Everything else was perfect.

clean, spacious, perfect location overlooking to the whole beach.the bunk bed stairs are loose,they introduce safety hazard.all stool need to be checked for loose wood joint.

We had a great time over Thanksgiving. The space was large enough for our three families. The kitchen just had some basics, so we ended up running to Dollar General for more measuring utensils. It wasn't anything that would keep us from returning. The couch also needs to be replaced. Again, nothing that would cause me to give it a lower rating. It was overall a beautiful space.

This is the perfect place for a large group. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of seating. Huge balcony with amazing views since there is not a high rise Would definitely stay again!

There were eleven in our group ages 5 months to 89 years. The pools and lazy river were amazing. Access to the beach was easy. We would definitely recommend.
