Ice maker was broke, screen door was broke.

The air conditioning is really loud. It’s sound like someone is slamming a door when it turns on. It’s a startling loud clamoring, followed by a very loud fan. The whole air conditioning system was annoying and would wake me up every time I turned on. The lamps and light switches are tied together somehow. You can’t turn the lamp on unless the light switch is on. And in my bedroom you can’t turn the fan on without the light on. I prefer to sleep with the fan on but there was no was to do it unless the light was on. The lamp in the entrance hall doesn’t work.The door code quit working at 830am the day of checkout. It was supposed to continue to work until 10.

Many damages to the condominium, we photographed and sent. Did not clearly state the balcony does not face the Gulf. Safety hazard with open sockets. Ceiling in master bedroom not working. Code on the lock changed before 9am on our departure date, we were told 10am was departure. Disappointed on all. Realtor showed the property while we were there, we were happy to let them show, however, we were not made aware of any of the damage problems, nor showings, nor balcony not facing the gulf. Very disappointed

The property is great if you don’t mind the crowd. Using the elevators can be tricky and waits can be long. Kids loved the pool slide and lazy river. Very convenient to have the bar/grill onsite. If it went for the crowd, this place would definitely be the place to go

We had a great time at this condo. Everything was exactly like the photos. We had everything we needed and it was very clean. We hope to be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It was a great condo, facility, and location to everything.

Perfect location and great amenities.

We had six adults and six children. Two adults had to sleep on the floor the first two nights due to a bad mattress complicated by a broken bed frame and box springs. The ice maker in the refrigerator seldom worked and the under-the-counter ice maker didn't work at all. We had to spend about $50 on ice for the week. The furniture was mostly scratched and worn and the deck table was well weather-worn. I'M ASKING FOR A FINANCIAL REFUND OF SOME SORT. Your service was great. The room didn't come close to being the quality I expected--am surprised it meets your standards.

First, let me say that the checkin and checkout process was seemless, no issues at all. The cleaning crew were actually waiting on us outside as we were leaving (about 30 mins prior to deadline). Had a small issue with tubs draining which was quickly resolved by maintenance staff (hair clog from previous guest or build up). A paint can was sitting on night table in one of tbe guest rooms which was odd, found another can in closet). These really should have been stored prior to arrival. The condo itself was very nice and true to form of the posted pics. We had 4 adults and 2 children (under 5). While we did enjoy the view from the balcony, it was perhaps a Gulf View accommodation if you stood on one end of balcony and looked to the far left. Certainly was not a gulf front room (which to me the title of the listing implies). None the less, beautiful place and easy access to the beach. Loved the pools (we did all pools numerous times). Elevators were a nightmare during the heavy checkin/checkout time period, didnt help that at some point 3 of the 6 were down. Once the weekend was passed, the response time was better. The rules on beach about canopy tents and personal chairs is nuts. Seems like you have to rent from one of the vendors or place yours in the back or far left/right of the condo area. Would not rule out staying here again..... Gulf Front this time..
