The Oasis at Orange Beach 1711 4 bedroom Gulf Front and Lazy River and Slide by Prickett Properties

This was an amazing stay and the condo was wonderful. The views for sunrise and sunset were incredible. Plenty of space for the 12 people we had staying. We cooked in everyday and had all that we needed. The lazy river and slide were a big hit with the kiddos.

This was the largest beach condo we have ever stayed in! Awesome balcony. Lots of living room seating. Loved having an ice maker at the wet bar. It is a great condo all around with beautiful sunrise views! I would stay here again for sure! But here are my constructive suggestions… Mattress in master bedroom was not very comfortable. All other mattresses were great. I wish this condo had some area rugs. I bought several bath mat towels with me because I saw in the photos there were no rugs whatsoever. A rug in the entry way, in front of kitchen sink, in the huge master bedroom… would have made the space more cozy, too, especially for little ones playing on the living room floor. Cushions for the balcony loungers would have been nice. Had to use pillows on them as they are wooden slat chairs and very uncomfortable. Lastly, the kitchen is well stocked, but in need of a few new skillets. I bought a few older ones from home that were better than what they had and left them for next guest. It's a common thing I have run into with vacation rentals. I brought extra kitchen towels and a pot scrubber with me as well which proved to be needed.

This condo was perfect for our family. Big bedrooms and a spacious kitchen/living room allowed for all of our fun activities. Would definitely try and get this place again for our next trip.

This is the nicest condo I have ever stayed at and I have been to Orange Beach many times over the last 20 years. Absolutely beautiful views on the huge balcony that was so wide you could find shade any time of day. Nice table and chairs for 6 plus 2 loungers. The condo was immaculate. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with several coffee pots, keurig, crock pot, air fryer, you name it! Plenty of dishes, mugs, glasses/cups for our family of 7. Living room had plenty of seating for whole family. I hate renting a place that sleeps 8 and there’s only seating for 5/6. Bathrooms were clean, literally not a speck of sand in entire condo upon our arrival. Beds were super comfortable and clean. The complex is gorgeous and we really enjoyed the 21 up only pool area with outside bar. Thought the large splash pad was adorable for the little ones. We loved watching them crawl around. Super cute. I vacationed with my elderly parents and my adult children and their spouses. This place was loved by all of us. Very quiet part of the beach as well. We will definitely be back to this same resort and unit!

clean room, plenty of space for all of us

The resort was great and had a lot of amenities. The lazy river had raised vents that caused some scrapes for a few people in our family. For this reason, we'll stay at a different property next time.The condo layout is great for a big family. Bedding and towels were clean. The couch and lazy boy had some water wear and was peeling. One of the restroom door had broken hooks so we improvised with the clothes hanger.The host was great with communication and responds very quickly.

Best place on the beach in Orange beach

Great beachfront property with stunning views and the best beach you ever experience! Make sure you have a vehicle as walking to restaurants and shopping is not doable.

Overall, the condo was good. There was some type of broken ceramic in the bathtub in the 1st bedroom and the floor was dirty. The furniture is due for update or cleaning of the upholstery.

The furniture was old but comfortable. Some appliances did not work well. The microwave turntable worked sometimes. Had to watch it closely. The dryer took 2 or more hours to dry a small load of laundry. The beds were very ccomfortable.

Overall the stay in the condo was good however I was not pleased that our access code to our door was deactivated prior to our departure time of 10:00 am.

Place was just as advertised. Easy check in and check out process.

This property was beautiful, a great condo for all your needs.
