The Oasis at OB 1813 | Overlooks State Park + Lazy River & Pools

Enjoyed our stay.

This unit was perfect as well as the whole facility. Everything was very clean and accommodating. The host was great, check in was very easy and communication with the host was great throughout our whole stay.

Thank you for providing a great space for our family to gather and honor our sister who passed away. She loved OB and riding the bike trails. We did just that during our week. The upgrades you have made to the resort are fantastic and we look forward to what comes next.

There is plenty of things on site to occupy your time without having to leave. The condo was very clean and equipped. Will definitely stay again. Only issue is elevators being packed around check out and Fridays around check in.

10/10 recommend! This property is beautiful, and has so much to offer. The listing did show the unit overlooking the beach, and we got a street view which was a little bit of a bummer, as that was a huge plus for us when deciding on a rental.

Loved the room and the property... lots of extras to enjoy besides the beach!

Condo was clean and spacious! Kitchen was well stocked and the living room was a great place to spend family time. The kids loved to eat breakfast on the balcony. Shopping carts made bringing stuff to the beach easier. Our biggest gripe was the elevator wait… anywhere from 5-20 minutes of waiting and even longer if a rainstorm comes in and EVERYONE tries to go back to their room. Elevator traffic reduced quite a bit in the morning (before 8am) and evenings (after 6pm). We found a way to make it work, but it was less than ideal. We would definitely stay here again… maybe not in the summer when crowds are high, but certainly in the spring or fall!

My stay at The Oasis was wonderful. This condo has everything that you would want for a beach stay. The condo is decorated tastefully and the living room furniture and the furniture on the deck appear to be brand new, which is so nice. The bedrooms are large and roomy, which was great for our crowd. Having the 4 full baths is also a nice feature. The kitchen is stocked with everything that you need to cook and prepare meals. All of the appliances work just fine, and we were all pleased with how the kitchen was stocked. We loved all of the amenities that are offered in this condo unit. The pools are so nice, with indoor and two outdoor pools. We played pickleball and ping pong. The access to the beach is just a short walkway and I like that spray off hoses are provided to rinse off the sand. The snack bar is a nice extra, to grab a meal or icecream. I would highly recommend this condo and hope to return again soon.

This was the perfect situation for a party of 9. We didn't know, however, the unit did not face the water. Beds were comfortable but pillows flat. The kitchen was well appointed. I would recommend staying here again if you don't mind not facing the Gulf. Really enjoyed the amenities.

This property was spacious and very clean.

The condo and property were very nice. We enjoyed the water slide, lazy river, splash pad and pool. We did not enjoy paying for parking or having to spend about 3 hrs of our vacation time shuttling family back and forth to their off sight vehicles. We definitely did not enjoy waiting for an elevator 30-50 minutes on at least three occasions or having to ride the elevator up/down to come back around to our floor. The elevator cluster**** was enough for us to agree we would not stay there again.

Check in was terrible lady from front desk could not recognize the confirmation number or don’t even try to recognized the confirmation number, waste lots of time to get on the elevators

Had a wonderful time. The kids loved the pools and hot tubs. Can't wait to come again

Very clean and nice location!

All I can say is that this was one of the best condos I’ve ever been too in Orange beach, this place is Clean really organized the PM was really responsive and let me not forget how easy check in and check out was, went smooth.I’ll have to say I’ll be booking again with them soon!!I highly recommend you guys to book with them!

Long weekend trip with the family. Couldnt have been better.

The home was clean, spacious, and cozy. There’s so many things to do on the property that you really don’t have to leave. The home is equipped with so many household items. The property has indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river, water slide, and easy beach access.
